Car was there all day and after work went to pick up ans tire still not chnaged. Waited and hour. Finally got car and one tire was 15 pounds low. Had to turn around and go back for air.

Driving on the highway close to Brunswick we did have a problem with a tire. We went to the Firestone asking for help. No one wanted even to take a look. It was so sad

I was traveling and needed a tire repaired. They said it could not be repaired due to being too close to the sidewall. I asked how close could it be and never got an answer but instead I was shown the tire, the tech put his thumb up to it and said it failed the thumb test. The tech was one of the rudest people I have come in contact with in a long time. I was on the firestone website with the chat and asked the same question. They had me over a barrel since I was traveling and said OSHA wouldn't allow them to fix the tire. That was the second red flag, as a safety director I know OSHA wouldn't have a say in this but it would be NTSB or DOT. I bought the tire and as they were mounting it Firestone chat replied with 1/2 inch from the sidewall. This was over an inch from the sidewall and when I mentioned that the tech was really upset. I feel I was victimized because I was a traveler. They reduced the invoice which confirmed my suspension.

Really bad customer service, not sure why I was trying so hard to be nice and humble and the front lady was talking to me like I was a mechanic. I want is an oil change. My waited for my truck almost two hours and I notice they bring the truck out and she took for Ever to check me out. I simple asked her: excuse me is the truck done.? She replied, I'm only one person I can only do one thing at a time. Is not my fault you hate your job, I'm just a customer asking for a service. If you don't want to do it just let me know, I will find another place.

I typically use firestone for all my automotive maintenance and repairs. I typically receive an excellent customer service experience. I wish i could say the same for this location. The representative I was with at this location was condescending and left me feeling gaslit and unheard. I was told that the notification lights that were on when I picked my car up where there during the mechanic's initial inspection. Seeing how I dropped my car off for a separate issue, I believe I would have noticed these lights. The customer service representative provided me the mechanic's notes after I asked to see a copy. The notes had a timestamp of 10 minutes before I picked up my car. I have a hard time understanding why the note did not match yesterday's date, which was when I dropped off the car, if these lights were already on when the mechanic did his initial inspection. I was told the time stamp was irrelevant and to just take my car to a dealership. This representative did not provide me any help on solving the discrepancy between us. I really did not appreciate feeling that my concerns did not matter and I especially do not appreciate being felt made to doubt my own observations and memory of how my car operated when I dropped it off .
Update: the owner has reached out and is resolving the issue. I changed my rating from a 2 to a 3 only because the owner reached out after a complaint with this location was filed. He did offer to repair the residual issue .

While traveling for work I needed near immediate help with tires. This Firestone location was extrememly busy and did not have availability. The gentlemen on the phone understood my situation and allowed me to drop the car off. The entire front area team was great to chat with, and I greatly appreciate the help of the gentlemen that made sure my car could be looked at.

We were heading home from Orlando and around 4 hours from getting home when we heard a hissing sound. Pulled off to an exit where we discovered a leak. The Johnson's quickly communicated and met us at our location within the hour. They were able to fix the water pump in about an hour. They were friendly and knowledgeable. We felt a moment of desperation and were so thankful that they were able to help us! Highly recommend!

Pender who works there was so helpful to help find identify the problem and give great affordable options to solve the issue. Was in and out with everything resolved within an hour.

I always get good service here. I had an issue with one tire I bought and they fit me right in and got me out. Pender, the manager, is very friendly and helps in any way he can.

I had car trouble heading home on I-95. Stopped in Brunswick. Found that Firestone was open on a Sunday - Thank you! - and they squeezed me in. They were able to troubleshoot the issue, order parts, repair it and get me back on the road in a couple of hours. I’m so grateful! Awesome service!

Always knowledgeable about what they are doing except on Dodge Brakes bleeding. There is one person who knows how to do that.
