Friendly staff, usually well stocked. Now that they've reverted back to the cashier having to check you out even at the self-checkout registers, there tends to only be 1-2 open registers open at a time.

This place was empty, it smelled, and I tried to pay card and gift card at 2 different registers and both declined. I have money on my card. Walked out without my items because purchase wouldn't go through.

I stopped in to 5 Below today with an important mission; to replace a Pokémon watch that was stolen by one of my son’s classmates at his school. I took some time to walk around the store searching and I was greeted by a very helpful person who went above and beyond to not only help me find the watch I was looking for, amidst a large selection of interesting inventory; but to personally assist me with my problem. It’s very rare these days to find anyone who really cares and this gentleman has helped me restore a little faith in the world. It’s hard to find rare souls that will go above and beyond the job description to truly help their customers the way I was helped today. Whether they know it or not, they're bringing a little peace into the world; right here at 5 Below, Brunswick GA. Thank you so much! We will be lifelong customers.

Visited this location on 5/30/24 and I must say the store was very scattered and unorganized. Merchandise laying on the floor of different aisles. Definitely needs a clean up! The Employee up front was very friendly though.

This is such a feminine shop I was told by a friend who was a woman to come here, and they have the best Bluetooth devices for not that much. I considered it and went in to buy Bluetooth speaker, I didn’t pay no mind to what type of speaker it was I just knew it might’ve been the Most expensive one. After I purchased it which were $26, I got back to my apartment and unboxed what I got and realize The speaker looked like a shape of a purse, And then I looked on the box it says Purse speaker…..

Bathroom smelled and had no soap, there was also items on the clearance rack that were in fact not on sale. It wasn’t just one item either, it was multiple cases.
