After ordering appliances on line 3 weeks in advance of closing on my daughter's new home, the delivery service left us in the lurch twice now. Delivery originally scheduled for 8/2 had to be rescheduled for 8/8 after no one showed up during the 4 hour delivery time window. On 8/8 the very same thing happened again and the new delivery date is 8/15. My daughter has a baby with no refrigerator, washer or dryer yet because of the abject incompetence of Home Depot's delivery service. She is also without 16 hours of much needed hourly income because she took 2 days off from work unpaid to be home for the delivery. At 40 dollars an hour she wasted time and 640 dollars of income. I strongly recommend you do NOT ever buy something from Home Depot on line in the Brunswick GA or Jacksonville FL area. They will schedule a delivery date and leave you hanging

Do not order for curbside pickup, 45 min waiting, went in the store and they went into the back to get the order, after the text message it was ready... terrible service

Online ordering with curbside pickup is a joke at this location. I've done this a few times here and had to wait over an hour for my order. And that's after going inside to get someone to get the order. Sadly, it's still a better option than Lowes in Brunswick. I've used both companies several times in the past at other locations. I've never had this issue anywhere else. Sad that Brunswick is forced to accept this lack of service.

According to my husband this is the men's store (with Lowes being the women's store). He elaborated by saying people leave you alone in Home Depot but you can always find an employee when you need one. This location has never let us down. It seems like all the home improvement places have bad reviews but I'm not sure what people are expecting. Well organized, easy checkout and 10% off for veterans. And guess who had the grill we wanted, not Lowes. Overall, never a bad experience. Just remember this location is always busy.

I ordered a new refrigerator that was to be installed as well as old haul away. The day came of installation and I was told they couldn't remove my old refrigerator because it had copper piping. We weren't told that at the store or we'd had it disconnected. So they bought the new refrigerator in and leafy. We paid 159. To have it installed. I was told by the man in appliances he'd talk to a woman who is the schedulers, and they'd haul it away. When I spoke to her she was clueless about the situation which apparently pissed her off. She asked for my order number, I said could you look it up by my phone number she said " if I had it". I'm like ok Karen. After being on hold for quite a while she said they could pick 8 days later. I've got a dinner party in 4 days and a old refrigerator in my dining room. I call the store manager. He says he'll handle it and call me later. NO CALL. I wake up and the old refrigerator has leaked all over my dining room floor!! I call manager #2 she's very sympathetic, I called a 10am. I'll move the date up and call you right back. By 1:30 I realize it ain't happening. Call manager #3 Shauna, nice lady, knows the story and the only one who had the guts to shoot straight with me.. told me the earliest dat it could be picked up was the otiginal and apologized. Gave me the number of someone who could help me stop the leaking. Home Depot has the worst customer sèrvice I've evèr seen. Managers are guttless, anything to avoid confrontation. The scheduler was rude. Won't be buying appliances from them anymore!!!

I will never buy anything from Home Depot again. I paid $80.00 to have 2 garage doors delivered. I took off work to show them where to deliver the doors. They never called. They didn't knock on my door. They just dropped the doors on my front lawn in the worst possible place. I will forever be a customer of Lowe's from here on out.

Today was a good experience, not too crowded and people were courteous to each other as we navigated around everything. Jay helped with loading my soil in car. Four for 10.00 on Vigoro all purpose garden soil (1 cubic foot) was a good deal for me.

Horrible customer service. No one cares and I have been without a kitchen sink for 8 days. I live on Black Island in Darien Ga.. It took a plumber coming from Florida to call and convince the several managers, that I had already spoken to, that the new counter tops were cut incorrectly for the sink. Nothing has been done, no resolution. Apparently we’re supposed to “Just Do This” by ourselves!

We ordered a refrigerator from the Brunswick Home Depot, and I was told that it would be delivered on a Thursday. I called Home Depot to find out an approximate time, and I was transferred to five different people who couldn’t answers my question. Finally I was transferred to a manager, that immediately told me the refrigerator would be delivered between 7am and 8pm. I am very upset and disappointed that the decision was made to remove the small colony of spayed cats that have lived in the garden center for over 7 years. It always made me happy to see them when I shopped in the garden center. A few people complaining (unnecessarily) should not have merited removal from their home. Such a shame.

A year ago we purchased and had installed 2 outside doors and an Andersen Storm Door for our new Front Door. Unfortunately the glass portion of the door shattered and the screen portion collapsed. When Home Depot was contacted, we were told to order the parts direct from Anderson. We're told that when they came in to call HD and set a time for installation. Parts came in and now being told HD can not do the work. Told to go to Angies List to find someone to do the job . A NO SERVICE COMPANY it has turned out to be. They rarely answer the phone or always on a break. We now have almost a $100 worth of parts and need to find someone to install. You can bet my next call for home improvement will be to Lowes

Hate Depot delivery! Bought fridge from Depot. They set up delivery for 3 days out. Great!! Saturday. No call No show on delivery. Called delivery service. They reset appointment for Tuesday of the next week. No call No show. Went into Brunswick Ga store to get an answer. Was told next day delivery. No Call No Show. Rescheduled for 2 weeks out. Went on chat for an answer. I just want my $2000 fridge. No ability to help. E nded up cancelling Fridge and extended warranty. $2.1 k. They also lost a gas range and dishwasher for my primary home and a 4 pc full appliance set for my rental. Coastal Appliance of Brunswick GA loves Depots lack of follow through on delivery. Lost business to Depot. $10 K. I still will shop Depot for my construction needs, just not for the big ticket items. Depot get your 2nd party delivery in order!! I had a TERRIBLE experience with Home Depot installation dept. I AM A 60-YEAR-OLD disabled woman, I had siding put on my home. I have complained thru the 800 number about how my siding was not put on without any wrap and the mess my yard and ect.... was left in, I have pictures, Text messages and Email to show how I was lied to by Kameo, A Home Depot installation Representative, No one has returned a call to me as of YET. Do home Depot treat their customers as if they are invisible?
