We took a quick trip to the island with our children and having a golf cart really took our trip to the next level! Gold Coast was extremely friendly and helpful through the rental process! Highly recommend!

While they ultimately made it right, it affected our vacation negatively. We had issue with the cart throttling down to around 12mph while on the street with traffic, which made us feel unsafe and eventually stalling out at the beach parking lot. We were forced to call an Uber to get back to our Airbnb. I called very many times, hoping for an after hours answer, with no success. I left a message. I find it troubling that a company offering a service to weekenders in a tourist town would close at 2pm on saturdays and close sundays without offering an emergency phone number. Eventually a return call/text arrived late Sunday, only after a poor review was left. The cart was swapped out on Monday, after being told they were "off for the holiday" (Labor Day), basically making me feel like a "favor" was being done as opposed to service. Angie however DID make it right in the end, she offered 2 day refund but infact refunded the whole amount, with which I was pleased. I was simply asking for a swap so the fact that she refunded the entire rental fee was redeeming.

My wife and I absolutely loved using your golf cart to travel around Jekyll Island. It was one of the highlights of our trip. We traveled virtually every road on the island exploring its beauty, its homes, and shops. I can't wait to return and explore some more.

Did not return my call. Called again, placed on hold and then hung up on. Gave us a cart with a broken mirror. The seat belts do not accommodate moderately plus size people in the back even when fully stretched. Saw the same cart just now with the mirror still broken. They also charged our card twice.

I recently used this company to rent a golf cart for a Week on Saint Simons Island. I would 100% recommend them. The reservation and payment process was a breeze, the golf cart was delivered on time and it was in good shape and clean. They even were able to accommodate me keeping it just a little bit longer on the last day. I would use them again in a heartbeat, which will be next year and would recommend them without a doubt.

Really hoped it had been a better service experience. Kinda a downer. Over 2 weeks to address low battery acid. Didn’t take our calls. Didn’t return our calls. After stopping by to inquire made you feel like a bother.
I remained cool headed as stuff happens, but it was ‘pay me no mind’ experience.
Business must be that good.

Incredible customer service! Our rented golf cart was waiting for us at our site when we arrived. When there was a glitch, they immediately picked up and had someone on the way with a new golf cart. On a Sunday! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

We rented a golf cart for our beach vacation. The process was seamless! The cart showed up and we didn't have to be there. They picked it up and we didn't have to be there. We will rent again for sure.

Awesome rental place!!! We took an impromptu trip to Jekyll Island for the first time and decided day of to rent a cart for the weekend. I called a few other places that were rude and booked and landed here. Wish I would have called here first!!! So nice and accommodating, we had the cart for a Friday and Saturday, well they are closed on Sundays so we got to have it that morning before leaving because they pick up on Monday. I did have issues on my end with getting the rental agreement but they delivered the cart anyways. I can successfully say I will be renting from them again on our next trip!!!
