There is drop off cleaning as well, and the establishment is suited for handicap. The staff is described as friendly, kind, and very helpful. One reviewer noted the custodian, Mr. Donny, was very gracious, patient, and went above and beyond helping a first-time customer navigate the laundromat. Another reviewer mentioned the evening attendee, Donnie, was welcoming, gracious, and good at reading a room. However, other reviews describe a different experience with an evening attendant who was extremely rude and confrontational, escalating a situation to the point of calling the police. Customers also have to use a laundry card that can only be loaded with cash, which feels outdated and inconvenient. While many employees are friendly and the facility itself is great, the lack of modern payment options and ongoing issues with the evening attendant make it difficult to recommend.
