“Visiting the area for several months and this has been a great spot to drop in. I like the programming and the workout prep. Space is small but it has been adequate, and the equipment covers most everything needed. The coaches have been excellent - knowledgeable and not afraid to actually coach. Recommended!”
“This gym is awesome ? I worked out here for several months while attending a long program at FLETC. The FLETC discount drew me in. It's one of the largest and best equiped boxes I've been too. A wide spectrum of people attending sessions here from young and super-fit to seniors just starting out on CrossFit, and everyone in between. The staff seemed comfortable working with all kinds of humans. The workouts are posted on n a app so I could do them on my own on night I couldn't make it in.”
“This location is clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable and equipment is good. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get in shape or blow off some steam or just pamper yourself you can do it all and finish with a shower if you want to! There are still a few muscle heads walking around here but far less than any other gym I've been too! Everyone keeps to themselves here and I love that the most!”

“The outdoor swimming pool steps were very unstable. They need to consider the elderly entering the pool. I became a little scared when the steps starting to wobble.”

And are all about helping you achieve your goals!Also getting fit is cool but if the place isn’t fit - forget it!Anytime Fitness on Canal Road is always Clean! Their training is exceptionally Organized!The staff are Professionals ! Caring ! Compassionate !MICAH is my trainer/coach and he is OUTSTANDING!Micah is on time, focused, and pays great attention to detail for each client. He’s all about helping you become a better you in terms of your health and fitness!The owner and manager are superb!Very personable and attentive !I also had the opportunity to meet Amber , the other trainer- she greeted me with enthusiasm and a hearty smile.The place is always nice , clean and cool enough to get through your workout!I also like that we get to workout without all the pumped in air fresheners that some gyms use and ultimately cause respiratory problems!They work especially well with people with back and joint problems while properly accessing your limitations and spotlighting your abilities !I thank my Lord for blessing me with this opportunity to improve my health so that I can be a better servant and witness for HIS GLORY!Highly recommend!”
