The dealership has went to a new level says Lou Sobh has taken over. The service department is second to none. To me, Casper is one of the greatest salesman up there he always has time to answer a question, or to tell you to come in and he will walk you through doing it I will recommend the dealership to anybody no need to go out of town

Recently had my sister go by their service department with some questions about her vehicle, she paid $300 for a vehicle maintenance check-up, and their service department turned around and pulled stored codes that were not active which they used to quote her a near $5000 shop bill claiming she had bad catalytic converters. After careful inspection from the dealership I work with, absolutely nothing was wrong with the cats. An 02 sensor fixed the problem (roughly a $30 part, vs $2000). She is a single mother, with little to no understanding of how cars work. And all they saw was a payday. This disgusts me to no end. Hide your kids, hide your wives, they're coming for your check books and have no shame in the game.

Nate Brown was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Completely sincere and honest. His approach is calm and not like a salesman. He was very thorough and made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. Seriously, the best experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle.

Highly recommend this place for your next vehicle purchase! My first experience buying a car and this place was wonderful! Casper (Jeremy) answered all my questions, took the time I needed and didn't push for a decision. I enjoyed my drive home in my new to me KIA Sorento!

Note: Nate Brown, their pre-owned car sales person, asked me, up front, to write a review. The irony! TL:DR: Told Nate up front I had $3000 to work with, on a $10k car, and would probably need a co-signer. Co-signer came, signed off on paperwork, only for Nate to then tell me he needed $6500 DOWN(!!!!) on the same $10k car. Wasted my time, the co-signer's time, and we went elsewhere.The story: I used the Lou Sobh website to see what was available in our price range. I initially saw a car for $5933, and put in an inquiry on their website. Nate Brown called me the next day, and I told him, up front, we were working with a $3000 down. He said that was fine, and then scheduled a test drive.The following day, Nate told me that car "didn't pass inspection", and was shipped off to the auction. (Why was it on the website, then?) He told me about a car in the $10k range, which was almost double what I was shopping for, but I figured $3000 down would be good enough. (30% down? Why wouldn't it be?)I come to the appointment, Nate had me drive the $10k car, as well as a car in the $16k range. We started the paperwork, got our co-signer in, she signed it, and Nate went to the back of the office.He then came back, telling us we'd need $6500. ON A $10k car?! WITH $3000 down AND a CO-SIGNER?! We had left the option for the $10k car open, FFS! For context, on the $10k car, with $3000 down, and 72 months, our payment was only $250 a month!If you need a description of Nate, he looks sort of like B. Dylan Hollis, the recipe guy from Tiktok and YouTube. And Nate? There's your review! Enjoy!

I had an appointment on Saturday, and when i got there, my salesman Nate had the cars ready that i was interested in. Nate was a friendly and very helpful young man. He did not pressure me and let me make my choice. The whole staff member's from the sales manager to the finance manager was great. If anyone is interested in getting a new Kia, please go to this dealership. They will help you with all your needs! Make sure you ask for Nate. He will take great care of you! Thank you, Nate, for such a pleasant experience. You were the best!

Marcus was amazing!!!! Friendly with a smile on his face. He went over everything with me that was done on my vehicle. After dropping off he called to confirm the services in the computer were correct and asked if I need anything else done to my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle he had everything ready, after telling me what was done, asked if I had questions. He made sure I had my copies and receipt, open the door for me and walked me to my car! He made sure I drove off safely and gave me his card in case I had any questions later. He reminded of my next oil change. Entire experience was perfect and on point. I hope all of your staff is like Marcus. Thank you for everything!

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the staff members and how eager they were to help me find the right car and get the best price. Everyone was so helpful and kind. This place is like no other dealership. I thoroughly enjoyed my car buying process from start to finish. I personally worked with Jesse and Nate & they both were awesome! I could not have asked for a better team of guys to do this process with. They made it so seamless and stress free, I was able to consider my best options and they were right there every step of the way. I did not once feel pressured or like I was being forced into a deal I was not comfortable with. They answered all of my questions and really got me into the car I’ve wanted for years. This place does it right! These guys work so hard and really love what they do and it shows. I came from Savannah just to work with these guys and I couldn’t be happier. Lou Sobh Kia deserves all of the recognition for the work they are doing. Thank you all again for everything! I am so happy with my Kia ❤️

I must say this was a very pleasant car buying experience. I recently moved to GA from Dallas Texas and I was a little nervous about not being able to return to my usual Kia Dealership in Texas. Jesse was so friendly and easy to talk to. There were times when I know I was being picky about the color that I wanted. He and Trey worked hard to find me exactly what I like and the monthly payment that I wanted. Everyone at the dealership was so nice and they make you feel like family! If anyone is looking to buy a car I highly recommend you give Jesse a call and just tell him Eunice sent you! Fyi his personality is Hilarious, but he still gets the deal done properly!! ? I love my new 2023 K5!!

Jonathan Sales agent, was real cool and easy to deal with and Eric Tucker the Sales manager was personable and really knowledgeable. Both made the process fast and easy.
