I have been a customer since 2010. I have always used Nalley for most all my automotive needs. Through the years good employees come and go some visits don’t go well and others go off without a hitch.

Buyer Beware! Purchased a 2021 Tahoe for 64K. Put down a deposit, and put all my trust in my salesperson that everything was clean and in working order. I tried to be an ideal customer to make the purchase as smooth as possible and not be stuck at the dealership for hours. Picked up the car with my wife and two kids with me, again looking for as smooth of a transaction as possible. After purchase I noticed that the rear entertainment system did not work, and was actually an after market installation. Also one of the sensors/cameras was not working. I notified the dealership, hoping to make it right. All I heard was "Not our problem." I understand a used car won't be perfect. But this was terrible service. I tried to be the "easy" customer, and got treated like dirt. Nalley is an example of why used car dealerships have a bad name. Find what you're looking for somewhere else. Or end up like me, wasting even more of my time talking to lawyers about what legal recourse I have.

Buyer beware and poor customer service. Sold a used vehicle with a known transmission issue. Clear disregard for customer satisfaction.When I called about the problem they asked me to come in ASAP so that they could help me before 100k miles. Drive an hour one way to be told by Nalley Service that they will take no responsibility for the problem and blamed GMC. Hello? The brand letters stand about 20' tall on the side of your building and your dealership was the reseller...To make matters worse, two weeks ago I was told I would receive a call back from customer service after escalating the problem beyond service with no additional follow up.

I brought my truck in for a transmission issue. The lady who called me said it was leak in the oil cooler line. When I asked about the transmission issue she told me the oil cooler line caused it (no it didn’t). I called the dealership in KY who had originally spotted the leak in the transmission cooler line and confirmed what they found. I’ll probably take it to a non dealer mechanic because I don’t trust your staff. Your mechanic also quoted a diagnostic test which I can’t seem to understand why. Finally when I picked my truck up it smelled like oil inside. Whoever did the inspection was clearly filthy. Inside of my truck still smells like oil today.

I leased a 2021 Yukon denali in 2020 for 3 years sales guy then a great and easy to deal with. Fast forward to 2023 my lease was up and I was deciding to keep it. I called and spoke with Marshall he said he would call me back later that day after I filled out the application. Never called me back. I called the next day he told me the same thing never called back so I called maybe a hour before closing he said he call me back he in the morning never did. So I called him and again said he'd call back never did again. The next day i called because a storm was coming in 2 days so I was trying to see if he wanted to do the day before the storm or after he said after I told him I was taking my son to Florida for his birthday so I would call him on the way back. I called on the way back telling him I could stop by to drop my down payment off he said fine then called me back saying the paperwork wouldn't be ready so don't worry about stopping. Once I get home and check my email I see he's ran my credit 4 or 5 different times I don't/didn't see any reason for him to run my credit that many times I knew my credit score was good already 705 Experian 690 Equifax and 698 trans. He kept running it even after getting approved for loans already I'm not sure if that's their process or what but he still didn't even call me back. So I called the next morning he said they got approval for some company and the interest rate was 16 or 17%. I called back to ask was it the capital one he said no it's the last company I ran (some company I never heard of) I asked why was the interest rate so high he said they was a different system for credit (something about a banking system) so I agreed to take the loan. He said I will call you back tomorrow or the day so I can have my guys bring the paperwork down to get everything signed. After 4 or 5 days passing and him not calling back again I just went to my bank (navy federal) to see if they would just give me loan for it. They did and the interest rate was 10% I'm not sure why it was so high with the company he told me. And I don't see no reason to keep running somebody credit putting all the hard inquiries on it AFTER you've already gotten multiple approvals. And even after I got the loan from navy federal I still haven't heard back from Marshal he NEVER CALLED back not one time he said he would. Not sure if that's how he always does customers but that is not good business at all NALLEY you'll have to do better

Had my car serviced and a steering noise checked out and was told it was ok. I’m old enough and had enough vehicles in my lifetime to know that car don’t make popping noise when the steering is turned. Probably have to take it to another dealership and pay more money to get it fixed.

Michael is very customer oriented and helpful. I had a bad experience with Dan Vaden Chev in Brunswick Ga and called Nalley and Michael took care of everything professionally. Definitely recommend them to all my family and friends

We were from out of town and had a transmission issue and we called the service department at 8am and spoke with Ashley and they were wonderful and took it in same day on Saturday and had the issue fixed by 2:30 same day!! We highly recommend them and there service department! Thank you so much for helping my family!!

My parents went to the dealership today to search out for cars in my budget range that I would like as I was over a 2 hour drive away. Had an awesome salesperson which I unfortunately do not remember the name of who really talked up this one vehicle that I honestly loved from the online photos. My parents inspected it and the car was perfect. They spoke to the sales person and offered a cash price. They happily took all of his information including a copy of his drivers license. The sales person guaranteed 20,000 out the door if I bought the car by Friday. After working out times that would be best for me we then scheduled a time and day I could come by. I then drove over 4 hours all together to get to the dealership and drive the car for him to say AFTER I was out of the vehicle and ready to pay that it was 22,300. 2,300 out of budget which we pressed was nonnegotiable from the beginning. I’m very disappointed in this dealership and how they made me drive so far to tell me they won’t offer what they promised. Not only did I NOT buy the car but I rearranged my work schedule and caretaking for my child to waste time for a car he knew I would not buy. All in all this is the worst dealership experience I’ve had.

Dealership was very helpful when I recently had problems while enroute to FL for vacation. Everyone was attentive to fixing the issue and getting us back on the road. Couldn't ask for better service and response and help!! They are a great GMC ambassador. Dealership very clean!
