I am extremely upset with how I was treated today. I have mental health problems that make it difficult for me to understand people's words, and I was told my extended warranty would cover the issues I came in for. I ended up having break issues I wasn't aware of until I came into the building, and immediately Michelle in Service started talking about charging me way more than my service diagnostic was supposed to and several other things. My dad got mad over the phone but he eventually hung up. I asked to get some clarifying information from Rick who is the top of service, but he spent 4-6 hours lying and saying he would talk to me then ran away. When I tried finding him to figure out what was going on and why I have to drive my car, with no brakes, home over an hour away, he kept sending other people to tell me "he went to vote."Then he finally stepped out and told me to leave and several of the people here made fun of me because my parents called in to try and help with this situation. The Warranty is under my dad's name, and the car is in his name, he kind of has to handle this stuff is my understanding.All in all I felt like I was extremely mistreated in every direction and I felt like I was specifically made fun of for my mental health struggles. Do not purchase any vehicles here, any extended warranties, or have any work done. If you don't immediately spend hundreds upon hundreds of dollars they hate you.I can't believe the spineless cowardess to let me spend 8 hours of my day sitting here unawares of what's going on, and didn't have the fortitude to have a conversation with me, and to then belittle me because I asked for help from my elders.

We were called to bring in our Chrysler 200 for a recall on the catalytic converter. Was told it would be ready later that same day. Then in 24 hours, as they had to send the head somewhere else. Then the bolts broke off in the head and we had to wait on parts. They could not provide me a loaner or Rental car. I got my car back at 5 pm after 10 calendar days. I did not see the Crack in the bypass hose and had to be towed home later that evening. Said crack caused water to get on my starter and my car will not start. It ran fine before I took it into this dealership. Taking it Gary at to Certitech to have it fixed properly. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CHRYSLER JEEP OR DODGE PRODUCT EVER AGAIN. Would give less stars if I could.

Stay away!Drove 5 hours after agreed on the price.Ended up driving 5 hours back without the vehicle.Truck was not ready , dirty and the paint from the bedliner instalation process was all over on the rear part of the cab, told me the people who supposed to clean it are going home in few minutes and I need to take it like that.YES, MSRP $70,800 truck they couldn't even clean it looks like so unprofessional.they charged me fee "government fee $441), other dealers charging me between $120-$150, this is in addition to sales tax and dealer fee of $999.Salesman was nice (like all the Salesperson are nice before the sale) stood unprofessionaly by the truck without a basic knowledge of the features and the packages, did not even offered his help to show me around, he hand me the keys and says "you can drive it take a look", of cource , because the deal was already in his hand so no need to work with me too much.Terrible experience with sales manager , did not even try to solve the problem after I wanted to take another truck due to the damage from the paint he told me I will not be able to offer you the sane rebate.Sometimes you need to stand your grounds and leave!This is what I did.Stay away!

Michelle is a gem! She did an excellent job in getting our vehicle diagnosed early and it was surprising how quickly she was able to get our parts delivered with the unfortunate strike happening. Michelle’s suggestions on how to deal with Wagoneer’s client services was most informative.Victor is one of the friendliest people we have met! The help he gave us providing water for our camper was greatly appreciated since we had none. The conversation we had during our ride together was extremely jovial.The mechanic was a nice man and we found his advice and caring very genuine.If we ever break down again we hope it will be in Brunswick, Georgia.Robert & Kimberly Chandler

I had a great car buying experience:) Carlos Silva was our car salesman. We drove from Savannah to this dealership for a specific car they had in stock. No one there pressured us into looking at different cars or played typical back and forth games. The manager and finance staff were also easy to work with. We got my son his surprise birthday car and parents are happy with experience. I buy again from this dealership if I needed another vehicle.

Traded in a Dodge Challenger for a newer Dodge Charger. Salesman was Carlos who was great to do business with and I recommend going with him at this location and I also worked with the GM. Service manager was awesome.

My 2018 Ram 2500 6.4L had a lifter failure while working in the Brunswick area. Michelle in the service department was so very helpful getting it diagnosed and repaired. She answered all my questions along the two week process and was always friendly and courteous. I picked it up today and put about 200 miles on it and so far works and sounds great. Thank you Michelle and technicians for getting me back on the road!

We first spoke with Carlos on the phone and it went from there. It was the easiest and most peaceful purchase we have ever done. We loved the service and everyone was so welcoming and on point! This was the best experience that I have ever had at this particular dealership. I have used this service department multiple times and I always left unhappy. My service tech got me in and out with my oil change in about 30 minutes without an appointment.I'm guessing there is a new service manager because the whole vibe was different.Thank you!

Purchasing our 2023 Ram 1500 Classic was a great experience. Payton was very knowledgeable and professional during our negotiation and process. Seek him out.The sales manager made a point to thank us and shake our hands.The finance manager made that process very quick and made sure we understood the process.This is our first Ram truck and, 2 days in, we love it. I love the fact that Ram still makes a simple, reliable and powerful truck without alot of the technology that has plagued and overcomplicated the new choices on the market. Those systems are amazing now but will be expensive to maintain down the road.

I was looking for a nice truck Ram and I live in Florida. I got tired of the games and tricks some dealerships like to play and pray on their customers trading in a vehicle. I searched on the internet all ram dealerships that I had the truck I wanted. I found it at this dealership in GA.MARCO!!! Was the gentleman who took my call and walked me through the process of trading in my vehicle from 5 hours away. He catered to my needs got me the price I was looking for on the new Ram and got me every penny out of my trade in.He had the vehicle delivered to me on a holiday weekend (the deliver gentleman was also amazing).He then followed up 2 days after I received the new truck auto make sure I was satisfied.AllI can say is I have been in sales for 40 plus years and never have I ever found a sales rep with the integrity, respect and kindness that this man has. I got a beautiful new truck that I will have for a few years and I also found a God fearing brother that I hope to stay in contact with for the remaster of my life!!Don’t be fooled by sleepy dealers take your business here and ask for Marco and I can promise you that you will not be disappointed!!!Thank you Marco for all your hard work and efforts and more than anything thank you for being the man that you are!!!!

Went in for an overdue oil change and tire rotation. I had been cross country a few times. My tires needed to be replaced and they had them in stock. Air filters needed to be replaced too and they were in stock as well. All able to be done that day and I’m good to go!

I dropped my car on 8/15 for recalls. I was told it would be ready in the afternoon. When I checked in at 3:00, I was told they only had 2 technicians and they would not get to my truck. I asked why they didn’t tell me this when I dropped it off, I would not have left my truck and would have made an appointment for another day. I was not happy with this as my son took off work to bring me. I made another appointment on the 21st to drop it again. It was ready by noon. I would expect your business to call customers to make a decision if they wanted to change their appointment if you may not complete the service that day.

It was okay . I came from another state and have moved here. I must say that the dealership in Pennsylvania was much better at the customer satisfaction. I was told if I have car problems I would only be able to get theguaranteed loaner car on Wednesday?? What is that? You can’t schedule car trouble. They also didn’t have any paper floor mats. My old dealership would have vacuumed and filled up everything. I already had checked everything and had a full tank of gas, but just saying this Georgia dealership needs to get a lesson from the North.

I know there were other behind-the-scenes staff that worked on my purchase, but the only one I actually spoke to was Payton (I’m an out of towner, so it was SO NICE to be able to just deal with one person.) He was very responsive and helpful from the very beginning, and Arielle the finance manager was also a pleasure to do business with. I made a 2 hour drive to trade in my vehicle with them, and it has certainly been worth it! Definitely recommend and I will be back one day!
