I tried to make a service appointment for a safety recall on my vehicle. It is impossible though, since they keep putting me on speaker phone (I asked them not to). I am hearing impaired and can’t understand them. I am going to wait for the service appointment in Savannah instead, even though they have a longer wait.

I am appalled by the service. Not only did I have to call every time I wanted an update I was greeted with only attitude by Melissa. My car was at this dealership for a year. I kind of understand that and was very forgiving to that fact. Melissa told me she would call when the car was in the shop to give me a heads up and I never received at call. Then a week later after she told me she would let me know, I get a call that It was done. Completely in shock because the last two times I called it had 2 cars in front. Then to be told that we needed to pay $430 for a battery. I have never spent so much on a battery. That should’ve been paid for by the dealership for the reason that it was there for a year. That’s not even the worst part we finally got to our car to see paint damage on the whole back spoiler. I went inside to ask what could be done and I was basically treated like I was incompetent. This happened under the care of the dealership. The last problem is that one of our tires can not hold air for more than a day. These are all things that should have been fixed considering the engine blowing was a warranty issue. I am distraught at how I was treated and the fact that a car we owned for a month before the engine blew now has so many expensive repairs.

Very unprofessional service dept. Called ahead to schedule an appointment. Arrived to drop off my Hyundai Sonata. I had to give my information to 3 different people before finally getting to Michelle Murks who started to check in my vehicle. Michelle was very dismissive and you could tell she was already in a bad mood. She didn't fully listen to our explanation of what was wrong with the car, she instead jumped straight to telling us that it probably isn't covered by the warranty and that they do not accept all warranties. She started to look up our warranty information and became agitated that we didn't have our entire policy memorized by heart. We have had our vehicle serviced there before, so they should have all of our information on file. Instead of being helpful and looking up our warranty, Michelle accused us of being too negative and said we should take our car somewhere else to get serviced. When we objected, she became very confrontational and used profanity while storming off. The service manager came over and refused to help as well. Instead of finding out the issue, he instead told us to leave and that we would not be welcome at that dealership ever again.I understand that people have rough days and are in bad moods, but there is no excuse for taking it out on customers. You could tell from how Michelle refused to check-in our car and how quickly the service manager jumped to her aid, that confrontations with upset customers is something they deal with often. The customer is not always right, but there is no reason to be so rude and dismissive just because you don't want to take the time to help people. It is apparent that this service department devotes more time on how to quickly get rid of customers who question the poor service they are receiving rather than focusing on how to provide the best service possible.

EDIT...Now waiting until they can program the key. STAY AWAYDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!Promised me a second key on Tuesday when I brought the money for the extended warranty, handed them $31000 and NOW NO KEY EXISTS AND THEY REFUSE TO GET ONE MADE. ABSOLUTE TRASH!!Will update COB Friday. Up to them as to the final rating.Spoke to Ann at customer service. Will wait for reply to update

Brought Hyundai Equis in 721 picked up 82 for repair on ECS system light on replaced one strut driver-side parts, 3285.40, labor 908.00.. today 8/30 lite on aGAin. Called Deanna said bring again even though book said not to drive with light on. 2 more weeks to Take a look. Sorry excuse for a Hyundai dealership. Total spent so far over$4000.00 . If I could leave minus number I would. Don't use them even if you have to haul to jacksonville or Hilton head . AVOID LIKE the plague.

Their service department ran my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe completely out of gas and told me to bring a gas tank when I came to pick it up. Unbelievable. It had gas in it when I dropped it off. To top things off, they didn't even fix the problem. When I complained, they told me they wouldn't service my car now and I had to take it somewhere else.

We had a great experience. John made the car buying process fun and easy. We told John what we wanted and he listened and wasn’t pushy. He had great wisdom for a 49 (definitely not 50) yr old. ? HBD John!

Had warranty work needed. It was just a software update. The wait time was estimated to be 4 hours despite having an appointment. If possible choose another shop to work on your car.

Hyundia of Brunswick service department is a joke!!! Factory engine replacement and then it runs hot and they want you to pay to have it towed up there after you’ve made the payments and pays sir a rental for 10 months while it sat there because they’re understaffed!! They have no loaners …. But I bet they got to work just today with no problems to their vehicles…. How about you do your job in the 10 months it say there and this wouldn’t have happened!!!! And don’t expect a call back from them EVER!!!!

I walked in there looking for numbers only as my truck was in service and parts were on back order. Ashton and Victor helped me alot and understood my predicament. They worked with me and made me a deal I could not refuse. They put me in a brand new Tucson and I don't have any regrets.

I brought my vehicle to the dealership for service and to replace a tire and swap out a rim on a 2021 Elantra. We bought the car from this dealership brand new. We started having problem with the backup camera after 21 months of owning the vehicle and 28k miles. The service department wants to blame “this voids the warranty because we had a - certified shop install a sub woofer on the car. Everything we brought to their attention their excuse was it voided the warranty. Need to take tint of the window etc. now I will remind you the car worked perfect for the first 21 months. The tint and subwoofer were installed within 2 weeks of owning the vehicle. There are know backup camera issues with 2021 models. I explained to the clerk that I would like to speak to the service manager. The guy came out and said call Hyundai we will not get reimbursement for a warranty repair since you have a sub woofer connected. I said I would call and talk with them, while waiting to get my keys back a service woman in uniform came in to pickup her vehicle and was told by the same lady I delt with it’s not ready and won’t probably be tomorrow either. The lady said the vehicle was schedule to have work done today and would get it back today. After a pause I said to the service woman in uniform , the best bet is find another dealership this one is lacking in customer service and doesn’t want to fix or help the customer . The clerk said you can’t talk about the dealership, said I’m getting the manager. The service manager comes out hands me my keys and tells me to leave. I’m like I need to pay for the he tire balance and alignment and he said you need to leave now. Both the woman in uniform and myself were shocked. I have bought 4 new vehicles in 7 years from this dealership and will not buy anything else and make sure to let people know how people are treated. It’s not hard to be courteous to your customers especially the service manager.

Stopped in for an emergency traveling home from Florida to Michigan with an issue due to key fob that locked the security system from being able to start the car. Although the advisor and tech were swamped for the day and only two hours before close they set things aside to assist and figure out the problem for us.Was able to fix the issue and get us back on the road instead of being stranded for a day or more and having to stay in a hotel.Both had patience and understanding for our emergency and willingness to do what they could in such a dire situation. Very appreciative for the prompt service.

DO NOT GO HERE TO SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE. My salesperson Shanda was amazing. She was the best thing about purchasing here. Unfortunately her service department doesn't support her effort. DO NOT GO HERE TO SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE. The service staff was nasty and rude. The person who TRIED to replace a part on my vehicle damaged it further and the service woman had the audacity to blame me for their mistake.
