Sam's club in Brunswick,Ga. seems to carry only their brand members mark in everything !! Wish they would have more of a selection to choose from! I like some name brands when purchasing foods and household items. Limited at this store! Frequentiy out of stock every week!!

We sere staying nearby and had to stop for fuel before heading out. Their fuel prices were amazing. $.15 a gallon less than the station across the road. I filled up so it took some time, so I had a nice conversation with the attendant. He's an ex-truck driver so he had some interesting stories to tell.

Gas is reasonably priced and the attendant was very helpful. It is a clean and safe location. I needed air in my tires and they took real good care of me. They were quick, accurate, and friendly. They helped me out in a jam and I'd shop here anytime.

As I shopped last night, September 9, 2022, I witnessed several employees standing in aisles, blocking the way for paying customers, and chitchatting. I overheard one conversation about how bad they dislike their job. I was able to overhear this conversation because they were blocking the aisle and I couldn’t get by. Then after checking myself out, the line to get out the door was backed up to the registers. This has become the norm here. If there are employees standing around grumbling about their jobs, there should be enough employees to man the doors. Customers should not have to wait in line to get out of the store!

Got gas here just now while on road. Debbie the gas station attendant was awesome she helped me out I needed some extra assistance and I had a couple questions and she answered them. She is very polite and helped me tremendously making my stop there pleasurable thank you!!!

Customer service and staff have always been quite helpful when needed also the rotisserie chicken are great, just the early bird gets the worm.

I go to Sam's club in my hometown at least 5 times a month and my bill is always more than $200 and often $300. The food selection is always great and the prices are good and the fruit, vegetables, meat and fish are fresh. My problem with the Brunswick store is actually limited to only one thing- but it's the same thing that I've complained to them about 3 previous times. I've been to this store 6 or 7 times and almost every time they do not have rotisserie chickens. I know it's a first world problem - but come on guys... it's not rocket science. If you're constantly sold out then cook more!! Very frustrating

If I could give zero stars I would, after the unpleasant experience I encountered at the sams club gas station this morning. I pull in, no one is pumping gas, not a vehicle in sight. I start putting my cards in and someone starts hollering at my from their vehicle that was apparently hidden in the dark corner of the parking lot. I ignore the yelling being that I am a very small female. The women who is supposed to be in the little cash register box not hanging out in her vehicle, comes over yelling at me to move my car or she was going to turn off my pump. I told her to go ahead and turn off the pump because there was no reason for me to move my car being that there was no other vehicles at this gas station. I literally drove over to the raceway that's right next to this gas station and pumped my gas. Dealing with this person isn't worth the $.20 difference you'd be saving. I will not be returning due to the customer service, or should I say the lack there of. My family will definitely not be coming to Sam's club anymore. We are cutting up the membership card as we speak.

Have items ready for puck up during the time slot scheduled. We drove for an hour to be here at 4 pm. 1 item, and the order is not ready. Have waited 45 minutes, still no contact. Don't know when or IF we will be able to pick up the item we ordered.

How can the entire staff in optical go to lunch at the same time???? For an hour!!!! Crazy!!! How does management allow this? So unhappy that I drove a half hour to get here and their lunch just started from 12:30-1:30. Disappointing and astonishing!!!!

After a good shopping trip at sam clubs my family wanted something to drink the kids got slushy the adults got the Fountain machine as we walk over there was hardly anything in the Fountain machines things for empty water was coming out of their machine and there was no syrup or carbonation at all. We walk over in Talk to associate about the drink fountain she kind a look at us with d*** found look on her face she. She stood there with like a deer caught in headlights. She comes over she was changes caps over from a different machine and then she said it was fixed when she didn't even go in the back and look still not fixed so she went in the back never mind you there were seven other sodas that were empty we just want a Dr Pepper. She comes out until it's fixed still taste like water but the crazy thing was never took her gloves off to wash her hands or anything in stared grabbing stuff in twisting stuff like that was gross enough.
