The move-in process was super easy!!! They had carts available, and it was simple to navigate through the facility to find my unit. The free lock they provided was already waiting inside, which made everything even easier and smoother. “I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Jeff! He was so sweet, helpful, and attentive. I called with a hard request and he was very quick to answer all my questions. He was able to help me get everything done in less than 15 minutes. I didn’t know I had to bring my lock (silly me, I’m a first timer) and he opened and brought me one back to my unit so I didn’t even have to leave my things unlocked!
