From the team that came a day early to help us pack some of our more fragile items, to the team that loaded up our belongings in SSI as well as the team who unloaded us in VA we can’t say enough great things about them: all were very professional and respectful; all of the qualities that we greatly value. Finally kudos to the owner (Tom Wolfe) for doing the right thing by fully reimbursing us for the two lamps that were damaged in the move with no questions asked. “Truly awesome customer service and prices. You cannot beat this place. I rented a small unit for two years (at The Storage Shed) and recently decided to switch to a larger unit. After a long day of packing, driving, and consolidating my two units -- we drove off with the lock in our car and left our unit unlocked! We also left our old unit open with a little trash inside. Imagine our panic when The Storage Shed (Jessica) called us later that day. Thankfully, she placed a lock on our unit and cleaned out the old unit with no problem. These people stay on top of their business and your belongings will be in great hands!”
