Southern hardware is always on the ball ...Customer service could not be better if they tried..I'm always trying to propose new gimmicks for the guys out there like peanuts for customers to eat and throw the hulls on the floor, arm wrestling at the cash register for small items by for prises....I'll keep going and avoiding the big box store because of the employees.

Bought a lawn care setup from them. Everything went fairly smooth. If you're gonna make a large purchase, take cash. The card charges are crazy.Staff is pretty helpful. Could be more knowledgeable. They let me leave without some pretty important paperwork that also had my mower key.So far, everything works and rides fine.

Everyone there was very courteous and kind they knew their inventory they knew what they had.. they work to give you that work to give you the best deal that they could. I drove from Savannah Georgia and they just made my experience very well we weren't there very long and they had a very large inventory of what they had and I just appreciated everything that they did.

Helpful, available, and STOCKED! My lady (I didn't get her name ?) helped me with my yard card and was so sweet and patient! And the gentleman in the mower department steered us to EXACTLY what we needed! A local company you can trust!

Where to begin. Friendly personnel and an absolute pleasure to do business with. My first visit to the store was 7/17/23 and I bought my Bad Boy mower the next day. They have a great selection, convenient location, and a friendly staff. Chelsea was a huge help and made sure I got the mower I wanted before they sold out of that model. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

I couldn’t be happier with the speed of service and quality of mower that I received. From getting there and going home was about 30 minutes. The mower is great and I was able to get it for an amazing price! I would highly recommend going to them for your lawn equipment, farm equipment, and supply needs. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. The sales staff works with you and helps you obtain what you want in terms of financial options. Fast and effortless delivery to my residence. The service staff will not try and sell you service work that you do not need. I take all my small engine work to them. Trusted business. Highly recommend.

My mower purchase at Southern Hardware was almost effortless. I found what I wanted on their website and communicated the rest of the process, right up to me picking the mower up, via text message. Chelsea did a great job and got me in and out.I drove 3 hours to make this purchase because of their advertised price and will definitely shop here again because of the service I received.
