My sweet, 18 year old daughter, who is on the Autism spectrum, receives the very best care when we visit. All the ladies have helped us at one point or another and all have been so patient and kind listening to her and myself in communicating what she'd like in her unique hairstyle. I would and have recommended them to other parents and friends whether they are on the spectrum or not. Savannah loves all the ladies there and always looks forward to going. We thank you for taking care of us.

Ursula is amazing.. I haven't had a hair cut in 3 years and she did amazing and was very gentle and did exactly what I asked for!!!

24$ for a haircut that i got up and walked out before it got any worse. The only thing positive is i keep my hair short and have plenty of hats to hide the chopped up patch fade i received. 1st appt and last appt. If you like to gamble roll the dice Maybe you get lucky i did not.

Very quick service. All of the ladies were very nice and engaged with customers. Great haircuts for boys and girls.
Requested style: my hair was down to my butt with long layers and was in desperate need of a good cut so she cut about 5-6 inches off and gave me layers just as i asked. looks very even, not choppy at all.
Stylist: My stylist was Kia. she made sure she knew what you wanted and definitely delivered on the cut. she was very nice.

Stylist: I didn't get her name, which is no help to you but I told her what I wanted and she made it happen. I could tell she had cut hair for a number of years by how she did her job. She was soft and gentle with how she moved your head to cut different areas. She seemed to care about how well she did her job. I am sorry I didn't get your name but thanks again.

Made an appointment for my son. Arrived on time an hour before store close. I was told the number of clients for the day was met and they would not cut his hair. We wasted gas money on the thirty minute drive and our time. Very disappointed.
You replying the way you did further proves the point. See the photo I am attaching. A. I did have an appointment through the app for my son, see the image I’m sharing which confirms it. B. I didn’t have a conversation with you. C. Take a note out of Chick-Fil-A’s approach to customer service - when you make a mistake, own it. Apologize. Then make it right. In doing so you retain the customer. Poor customer service all the way around.

AMAZING- went for an appointment for a haircut with my son. The team was so helpful and efficient that I partook in a much needed walk-in haircut myself. Me and my son are both novices at what styles to pick etc but our stylist LeeAnn and Kia made the whole process smooth and rewarding, we love our new looks and the service. Would definitely recommend this buissnes and will be using them again. Happy future repeat customers!
