“OMG yall!!!! Im from Florida & was working in Brunswick and had a tire almost fall slap off my car! I called this tire shop, not only did they help me out but they referred me to the best & fastest tow guy I’ve ever experienced! It was a bit later in the evening so they were at least able to identify the issue order parts and fix it the very next morning. They even waited for my uber to come. I trusted them with my vehicle & they did a great job. Very friendly & handles stressful situations good. Thankyou guys!!”

“My back tire had a slow leak and then all of a sudden, the day before Thanksgiving, the tire started losing air more rapidly. I thought I was going to have to spend money I didn’t have for a new tire, especially with having travel plans on Thanksgiving day. The lady was super nice at the front counter. She offered an alternate solution to help save me some money near the holidays. They were able to patch my tire for the time being! I am so thankful for their help on such short notice. I am very grateful for how nice they were.”
“Got a flat tire 8 miles away at Buc-ee’s. Called and they said they could get us in right away. We made it there after filling the tire up with air. They saw us immediately and were able to get our tire replaced for us. In and out in about an hour. They were super friendly and great with our kids too! I would recommend this place for any services you need.”
“You guys need a spot to get your car/truck worked on? Check this place out! Im from Jacksonville Florida out here to do some work and all of the sudden I get an indication on my truck saying battery service needed. Went by auto zone to get it checked on and sure enough my alternator wasn't holding a charge. Guy there directed me to here, but said they might be busy and not able to see you today but the guys here were great able to see me today! “The team at the Brunswick tire center were great! I can’t remember the guys name but I’m pretty sure he’s the main supervisor. Nevertheless, he went above and beyond to correct an issue that was caused by one of his techs. He made me feel that he actually cared about me and my experience. I went in not thrilled and left very satisfied. Glad I purchased my set at this Sam’s location and plan on doing so in the future.

“I do love this place I use too go here years ago with my mother they always treated her great so I said to self imma check them out as well... Well as u know I did and I got the same treatment of hospitality and greeted like a like a charm they did as I requested price and everything n was fair (so long story short) I went to try a new business my husband told me about(BAD SERVICE IS ALLI CAN SAY IM NOT BASHING NOBODY BUSINESS)( ALL I CAN SAY BILL DUCKWORTH TIRE IS WHERE ITS AT THEY TREATED ME WITH THE SAME HOSPITALITY TREATMENT)... “Very friendly and worked fast to replace my steer tires. Told me I should replace one of my drives with an air leak, but I didn't. Not even a week later I lost the tire after having it replaced with a cheaper one. Lucky for me these guys were only 50 miles away, STM who replaced my 188 miles old blown drive said they weren't coming out to fix it. Goodyear got out there quick and replaced it.”

The gentlemen on the phone understood my situation and allowed me to drop the car off. “Today my children and I were broke down next door to the speedco. One of the mechanic asked us if need help while he was on his lunch break. Bless his heart. He walked back over to the garage grabbed one of there work trucks and came back to help. My jumper cables were broken so he left to go grab a pair of there cables and his boss came over to help out as well. Needless to say they got our truck running again and was super fast. I won’t ever forget about y’all for taking the time to help out even on your lunch break , thank you all for helping.”
