“Truly a blessing! I have no words to describe the absolute blessing that Nathan was for us. He went above and beyond. Our truck needed an immediate tow and maintenance, the gas tank needed to be dropped, emptied and fuel lines flushed. Not only did Nathan show up in 30 min ( all other tow companies said no or not tonight). Nathan was extremely professional and compassionate about us being stranded. When I told him that he was towing to a place for our truck to “possibly” get looked at in 10 hours, he said I can get you help right now, and he did!! “I was referred to Robbie by another towing company who did not have an available tower. I called him and explained the situation. I was on the side of 95 just north of exit 29. First thing out of his mouth was making sure I was okay. Greatly appreciated that! I ended up being picked up by my stepdad and I texted Robbie where to take my car. Robbie was honest that it would be a bit due to the weather and the high volume of incoming calls. He delivered it to my parents home just over 1.5 hours from my first call. Robbie was upfront on costs, emailed me receipt to get reimbursed. He said if that doesn't work with my insurance company to call him and he will write out the receipt and resend. My car was completely dead - I have a car that shifts gears electronically so getting out of park wasn't an option. They still were able to safely get my car on the flat bed and deliver it to the mechanic without problem. “Once again A. & J. Towing helped me with prompt service but also saved me money by the driver's good advice. I was sure my starter was dead and planned to have it towed to a repair shop to replace the starter. The driver suggested that the battery be charged. That was the problem. He said the starter was fine. He then suggested I go to an auto parts store and buy a new battery which the parts store would install. I did what he suggested. He saved me the cost of labor and parts for a started that I didn't need.Service: Battery service”
