The Ulta store reminds me of big perfume & make up eye candy store.Filled with everything a girl could ever want. I live in North Florida so my nearest drive would be Valdosta. I buy large bottles of my favorite fufu "perfumes that they sell.They have hair accessories galore, shampoos, conditioners, eye shadows, mascara,way too much to list. You can even make an appointment to get your makeup done for special occasions. And you can build up points every time you shop.

This ulta is terrible. Their perfume isle is just sad, they have like 5 perfumes and never have what you need in stock.

So I was at Ulta this Sunday, waiting to check out in line. And out of nowhere comes a employee yelling rudely at another employee about a check. I'm assuming she asked for her check but the way she was being treated was so disrespectful and unacceptable. She just constantly kept disrespecting her which was ridiculous. I immediately just left because I don't condone to that behavior and being treated so unfairly is RIDICULOUS.

Logan at the benefit brow bar did a brow lamination for me and she absolutely SLAYED. My brows have never looked better and I will absolutely be coming back to her! Amazing experience

This store isn’t as well organized as others. things look just thrown together . It’s crowded and the sight lines are poor. I had to ask forthings repeatedly. Overall tho the customer service was good and I really-upped my hair supplies.

Love my hair stylist Stacie! My hair has never looked better. Everyone at Brunswick Ulta hair solon is so friendly and fun to talk with. I always leave feeling good and looking great.

Horrible store. Constantly closes for no reason. This is the second time I’ve came and the store has been closed for some random reason during operation hours. It’s ridiculous.

This happened today.... I went to exchange 2 items, the cashier in the yellow shirt (no name tags in sight) didn't have her glasses and was having a hard time getting through the process... no biggie....But instead of calling someone over to help, she stares at her screen for over 30 seconds because she cannot see (any time I've done an exchange, it's a 2-3 minute process and I'm out. I also had somewhere to be) presses something on her end, asks me to press the cancel button on the card reader, there is no cancel button... I tell her this. I get no response. So I pressed the red x button where the numbers are, it doesn't do anything, she just stands there and looks at me, so I press the only option available which is where I want my receipt. I press the email option. She then grunts/sighs at me and calls another girl over (Quinn? Tall blonde girl) and she then proceeds to tell the other girl what happened and places blame on me for the transaction for going wrong. She can't figure out what's going on because it doesn't say where the transaction went. The girl in the yellow shirt brings up again how this is my fault. Then their manager comes over to help. The manager does what she can. While she's trying to figure it out, the original cashier AGAIN places blame on me and I interjected and told the manager what happened and how I did what I could. I now have to wait 24-48hrs and hope the transaction has been placed back into my account and then go from there... My issue is, the lack of customer service from the original girl and how if she would've just called someone else over or if the other cashier (not the blonde girl) would've stepped in, this wouldn't have happened and I wouldn't now officially hate going into an Ulta. If you can't deal with customers properly, don't work upfront or just call someone else over to help you. I won't be buying stuff in stores if I can help it. Since COVID customer service has really gone down except for a few times I've been in store. Most of the time it's a bit unorganized or they're out of product or their larger turnover of staff aren't much help with picking out products. The point of this review is her attitude towards me during and after the situation.Also, please be aware of pricing in store versus online. I'm attaching photos to this review to show how these prices for teasing combs are basically tripled in store versus you buying online. Spend your money wisely, especially in the economy that's currently happening.

I showed up to my appointment early and waited over 30 minutes. Then a worker comes up to me to tell me, that they had no stylist working that day. I showed her how I had an appointment that day and the time and with who but no resolution. Nobody bothered to call and notify me that they were going to cancel my appointment or anything. So unprofessional. Never booking there again.

I went for a few specific things, but ended up needing a little help/advice and Cloey helped me so much she is an amazing addition to ulta. She helped me find everything I needed & more. Best beauty care store in brunswick/SSI.

Y'all are constantly picking and choosing which customers you wanna greet and which you want to ignore. Seriously, speak to EVERYONE as they come in and offer help to everyone, not just the ones you think are worthy of your time.
