UPS is USELESS! I utilized them to send and return one, measly document to and from a government office, and they FAILED! Lost my document. Now I have to start all over. I will NOT be using UPS ever again.

No respect. Dirty store. Felt the ick when I walked in. Dropped off a package to ship. That was OK. I'm elderly and was very tired. It had already been a stressful day, a hard week that no one my age should have to go through. That said, I asked a simple question about the process for Amazon returns, but didn't understand what the clerk was telling me. Unfortunately, I lost patience because she kept repeating the same answer I didn't understand to begin with. I don't yell or use abusive language. Ever. I did try to correct her when she started talking over me and wouldn't stop. Then, a supervisor type ordered me to leave the store. Said he'd heard everything. Good. That's his job. So why didn't he come to my aid when he could see the young woman was having trouble explaining a procedure to me? Perhaps he could have explained it better? Nope. Power-hungry, judgemental dude was a personification of that nasty, dirty, disorderly store. As I left, I heard him say to her she didn't have to take that from a customer. Take what? Correction? So I went to Staples with my Amazon return. They are always nice, helpful, and orderly at that store. The man easily - respectfully - explained to me what was missing and what I needed to do to get it returned.

I went in on Saturday to have a passport photo taken of my 18 month old. All staff members were patient, friendly and efficient. We were in and out within 10 minutes, even though the photo had to be taken a few times due to my child moving around. Highly recommend this store!

Very efficient fast and helpful. Especially Kaylee (not sure if that’s how she spelled her name.). She is so pleasant to deal with and went above and beyond making sure what I asked her was done to perfection.

I had an Amazon return today, and everyone was friendly and professional while keeping the line moving quickly. Brandon helped me with a smile, the whole trip was just a few minutes. Will definitely use this location again.

Thank you for the service I received from the kind and friendly gentleman with the tattoos and the new employee who was training. I'm sorry I didn't get their names but they were super helpful. I never have a problem when I come here. It’s always quick and efficient.
