Terrible service. That is what a monopoly does. You get what you get. The postal service should end. Overnight does not mean overnight, lost package. Places with this rating go bankrupt, but this is bankroll by taxpayers.

Horrific usps fill with incompetent people!! There’s no sugar coating this. Marking something as delivered doesn’t mean it’s delivered. Oh and the people up at the office will cover for the drivers which makes it a whole lot more suspicious. I once had a $400 package vanish even though it was marked as delivered. My mailbox is in a complex so there’s no breaking in without noticing. I once had someone lose a $400 package went up to the office the lady said it was probably delivered to wrong address like it’s no big deal. So then I reordered after Amazon gave discount and come to find out she’s the one delivering and didn’t even have my second package on her vehicle even though it’s 8pm and it’s telling me it’s going to be delivered today. So I then had to confront her after waiting for the usps truck and she tells me to FOLLOW her back to the office at 8pm after she took her sweet ole time delivering the rest of the packages to the people at my complex. Saying UTTERLY USELESS is still being nice.

USPS is horrible, for the past few years I have had problems not receiving my mail, either it’s not delivered or goes into someone else’s mailbox and I never get it. The delivery person is supposed to carefully check the mail to assure it goes into the proper mailbox and they’re not doing this.USPS really needs to do something to better serve the community when delivering packages and mail. Poor Service USPS y’all are ridiculous with delivery.

Have not received mail in two days. Website showed I was to get mail both days. Mail service is terrible. It's usually after 8pm before the mail truck arrives in the neighborhood.

Most of my brother package is mark as deliver early but the is delivered 3 to 2 weeks later. Last 2 incident I have place an order from Amazon to be shipped to my brother directly has been marked as delivered but never received. First one was showing in tracking as left in parcel box but no parcel box keys was left in my brother mail box. 2nd item order the tracking claim attempted delivery yesterday and would be home at usps for pick up, this morning shows as arriving late but today attempted delivery but mail box is full? His mail box is not full. It’s an apartment cluster mail
Box and they should be providing him with key to parcel mail box. I could never imagine that postal service in small city could be so aweful. Complaints have been filed but usps customer service is saying can only forward feedback to local post office and recommend us to contact merchant for resolution.

They need to find new mail carriers that will work & deliver the mail like it should be.Myself & my neighbors have had issues for the last few weeks with mail not being delivered

USPS in Brunswick... let's just say they do not like to do their jobs. And they get away with it, because they are apart of the government. They get money no matter what, even if they don't deliver your packages. They constantly say attempted delivery when they don't actually attempt it. This is just a delay tactic. I spoke to them in person about this and they just explained I had a bad mail carrier. From the looks of all the reviews, there are a lot of bad mail carriers coming from this place. The post master here needs to do a better job managing and leading the people here.

Lachrisa @ our Brunswick,Ga post office was amazing and super nice. I was looking for a package and she was responsive, apologized I had to wait and was just helpful. I wasn’t sure if my box was even there. The team found it and she made a visit seamless. Appreciate the customer service 100% she was my hero of the day.

I've lived in Brunswick for two mths. I've had so many packages either disappear or marked as delivered with nothing being delivered! My mail that informed delivery shows me I should be getting that day, I rarely get what it shows. Sometimes it comes days later. I've never had this many issues with anyone or anything in my life!

Absolutely the worst post office you can never plan on packages being delivered in a timely manner. With all the negative reviews you would think something would be done!

Whoever is delivering packages in Brunswick this week should be fired. 3 packages failed to be delivered, with bogus notes because the lazy driver doesn't want to carry packages to the door step, or because something is heavy. The phone number is worthless because nobody will pick up. It sucks we can't choose what company deliveres our packages. Hope this place shuts down after I get my money back.

Workers almost ALWAYS put your packages in your neighbors box. The customer service system is not helpful at all and may never hear back from them when claims are submitted!
