12.5/23. 6pm. The pharmacy at this store has the worst customer service ever from the pharmacist to the techs. They are not helpful at all and act like they want customers to go away, which all three customers who were there at the time did leave unsatisfied. Walgreen corporate you need to give some customer service training.

Don’t try to even use the pharmacyThey do not care about their customers at all.You can’t trust anything they say.I wish they would use the brains they were blessed with! I will not return and will think twice before I buy anything from there again.

So I will be filing a report on this location and the employees. Funny how bad honest reviews get removed so fast.Will be filing a report to open an investigation on this location.My parents have nothing but problems from this location, they have a hard enough time just making it to the pharmacy for pickup to be greeted with rude incompetece.At least notify customers of changes.They've switched pharmacies due to the negligence of the staff! Unacceptable!

The Greatest Customer service in Brunswick. I went into this location today and a total of three employee helped me. Actually four if including the girl when I first entered into the door. I will say this location really wowed me today. I sure hope you let them know how appreciated they are.

Lucky to even a 1. This has been the worst Pharmacy that I have ever experienced. Had a hard time with call and two visits for them to absolutely want to refused to give me my medications . Was asked by the pharmacist and the pharmacy tech could I even afford my medications. If I didn’t or couldn’t afford my medication, I would not have been there to the pharmacy to pick it up. Several attempts to explain that insulin is needed and for those of us who are diabetics understand how important this is the situation I’ve encountered. I can honestly say it has been racism to its fullest , the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever met. May God help them if ever they become sick and need medication for their survival and is given a very hard time to obtain it!As a medical professional, we take it off to help aid and assist those that are sick as a pharmacist. If there was a problem with someone getting their medication and affording it, there should have been communication and education on alternate medication‘s that could be taken to achieve the same or close to the same effect.

This is not a good pharmacy. When going here, I get my prescriptions a day late, which is unacceptable especially if you need to start antibiotics. They will do anything they can just to get out of doing their job.

Also dealt with the Indian or Pakistani pharmacist after he advised my daughter that my insurance card was "invalid" (Just got off the phone with BCBS and there is no issue with my card!) I called after my daughter advised me of the issue and was told that he had tried twice and it was "invalid". I told him that I had just used it 2 days before at my regular pharmacy (they were currently out of this medication) and there was no issue. His reply was "I don't think that's so". When I said "excuse me?" he repeated it. I asked if he was calling me a liar and he said "no but I don't think that's true". I cannot believe that this excuse for a pharmacist still has a job! He told me his name was "Dr. Lawrence". The manager on duty was also totally useless and sounded like he was all of 15. I sent an email to corporate but I doubt anything will be done. Will never step foot in a Walgreens again!!

Don't even bother going here. They have gotten to many "patients" too quickly. There is NO customer service and nothing but attitudes. They all act like we are bothering them.GO ELSEWHERE

I am utterly appalled by the customer service at this pharmacy. The Indian or Pakistani pharmacist (I don’t know his name, he wasn’t wearing a tag) treated me worse than any other person has ever treated me. They had a computer issue where my insurance couldn’t be inputted into their system. I called my insurance and they said it wasn’t a problem and the pharmacist simply needed to call a number and it’d be resolved. Instead, the pharmacist with such hatred towards me went on about how slammed he was and how I could just pay out of pocket ($125) and file a claim to be reimbursed. I can’t get into writing how mean, unprofessional and filled with vitreal this man was towards me. The pharmacist had me in tears while I was begging with him to call my insurance and resolve the issue so I could get the flu medication I needed. To be a pharmacist, you need a certain level of empathy and this man has zero. I honestly believe that if this interaction had been recorded, he’d lose his job. I feel bad for anyone who has him in their life or had to interact with him ever.

This Walgreens may be the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Pharmacists are short handed, but often not at all friendly. There are two pharmacists who are flat out rude. My prescriptions are NEVER on time. Most recently I went to fill a prescription at 3:30 after it was called in by a doctor. I was told to come back at 5:15 when my script would be ready. I came back at 6:45 and stood at the pharmacy window for 15 min before anyone came around from the corner and saw there was a line. My script wasn't ready until another hour later. They were running it like I was getting a refill instead of picking up my first dose. An issue that was brought up and told would be corrected when I FIRST went to pick it up at 3:30. It took a few minutes to fix once someone actually TRIED to fix it. I got no apologies or anything. Just "here" and a total. I also have a prescription waiting to be filled that they say they're out of stock in and have ordered. That was over a week ago.... Someone from corporate needs to come clean house here.
