One of the WORTH companies I've worked for so far!! Some of the Managers are rude and I would say unprofessional. They have you doing three jobs in one, but refuse to pay you for doing it. They give you the run around along with lies about Pay Raises. They hire new ppl just to turn around and work then three days out the week. Dued to what they say hours have been cut. They sometimes change your schedule at last minute without telling you, but yet blow your phone up on your off day because they're short staffed. Needless to say HR is really no better at solving issues. They promise to call you back and they DON'T!!! You call them and all you get is the voice mail. I highly wouldn't recommend working for this company, if I could give 0 stars I would!!!!!

I walked in to get a couple of items. Once I arrived to the checkout line, the cashiers started to Converse across the registers while they were checking people out, I truly fine this disrespectful to the customer. I think the managers should really have a conversation with the cashiers showing how to respectfully check out a customer. Where I work the managers make sure the customers have our attention towards them, no matter what conversation we are having with our co-workers we immediately stop talking to each other, when a customer arrives! ( name of cashier zach and Aaron)

I enjoyed my trip to the store. It was clean and stocked nicely. It had unique products most WD stores do not carry in most stores. I love that the cashier remembered me and I had not been in there in over a year.

We love the employees at this Winn-Dixie. They are all so much friendlier than the employees at other grocery stores in town. The regular prices are a little higher than Walmart, but the sales are very good...and we don't have to deal with Walmart, the fifth circle of hell. I always shop the BOGO offers every week to stock up on the good deals. The manager is always seen around the store stocking shelves, bagging groceries, whatever needs to be done. He seems like a very hard worker, and he's very personable. The employees ask if you need help finding anything and the store is so clean. They just recently renovated the store, and it looks great.

These guys keep giving me reasons to be thankful I switched from Walmart. My family spends a lot of money at Walmart and we go there at least six times a week, .......WENT there i mean......One rude employee was all it took for me to switch us to Winn-Dixie and it has been situation after situation that makes me thankful! whether it be their plenti card point system switching to the shell card very soon or Mr. Dion the most incredible employee! I didn't even know people were out there so cool, he found my iPhone! I left it in the buggy for approximately 15 minutes, left the area, came back and not only was I surprised to see it was still there but Mr. Dion only heard me speaking about it with the manager to see if it had been turned in, and he went right outside to look in the carts! He is my hero today thank you guys so much for making shopping experiences incredible in every way
