I use Buchanan drugs for all of my and my family's prescriptions. The only time I'll go somewhere else is for an emergency after hours.
All of the staff are friendly and personable. Sydney and Keris (not sure of the spelling) know us as soon as we walk in the door. The other girls are great too, I'm just still learning their names.
They work hard and will get your medications as fast as possible. The store is always clean and tidy.
They don't take rx coupons. But when one of my daughters prescriptions was going to be over $150 per month and I mentioned going somewhere else that would take a coupon just for that medication, they worked on getting it for me at a cash price and much cheaper. My insurance is terrible and they try to always check this for me on all of our medications. This goes a long way in my book by making sure the customers are taken care of and not just a number in the computer.

It is so hard to continue to support local businesses when they don’t uphold their end of customer service.I have been to the local pharmacy no less than 5 times over the last few months and my prescriptions aren’t ready or they don’t have enough meds to fill prescriptions - apparently their phone doesn’t work either to call and let me know. I do have 3 children a husband- work 40+ hours a week - and other things to do besides run to the pharmacy 2/3 times a week. They even offer delivery however after calling and paying for my meds they still were not delivered. And when I go in I am always greeted by an attitude and confusion.Small town doesn’t seem to care for small town people. Things have changed and not for the better.We are all short handed, Covid sucks but do better.

My sister uses Buchanan Drugs and she loves them!! They also carry a selection of Doug & Melissa children’s toys and socks & shoes for Diabetics. Along with a variety of other things. Truly a sweet staff waiting to help you when you walk through the door!

Awesome! I take a lot of medicine due to my medical conditions and I am very confident and depend on butchan pharmacy . The employees and pharmacists help me keep everything organized, and I could not ask for better when it comes to looking out for my health and they will bring it out to me in my car because of my medical condition if I need so.

We moved to Buchanan two years ago and was suggested to use this pharmacy, and now I know why. They are extremely fast and always polite.
