Why do they keep leaving packages on the front steps in full view of the street AND especially on rainy days? I just got today's packages after getting home and they're soaked! I have a carport and a front porch, and things get left on the front steps and in the rain. This makes no sense. Buchanan, GA

The associate who assisted me in getting my passport was super kind and worked very efficiently. I was in and out before the 15 minute estimated time it takes to get passport and photo done. Thank you!
