Not one, but two (2) rent increases in less than 6 months as a first time customer. Totally unnecessary. They sell you on a ‘discount’ per online ads then jack up your rent almost immediately once they get you signed up.

I love speaking to Mrs. Michelle. She has a beautiful spirit and it almost made me not want to do auto pay so I could just call and have a chat. In the prices are great they fluctuate but nothing like their competitors. They will have our business for as long as we are here
