Again I tried for the 5th time to purchase something and again Tammy the store manager is the rudest most nonchalant manager that this store has. If I could give no stars I would. First of all I paid off a 2,500 Upscale Stainless steel fridge 2years paid triple the amount and these people still treat u like craps. I also paid off 2 laptops and a Computer table so have some freakn respect to your customers that still patronize your establishment!!! They brought me a Washer n Dryer 2months ago that had promblems. Which I was told not too push them back up against my wall because they won't work smh what type of craps is that. So I left that slide. The very next day when I got to use the dryer its wasn't getting hot. Now Im still trying to have faith in them so I called and Tammy smart mouth said to me... Well we can pick it up and bring u loaner. What type of sense does that make!!!!?I asked why bring me a loaner can you just bring me another brand new set.. I waited two weeks to call after air drying my clothes because there's no heat still coming out the dryer. I called 3 more time and Jennifer another rude smarty mouth said well thats all we can do for you...We can just have it fixed.. I was in Awwww to think that I was gonna pay for a broken or refurbished set and no one cared to call after a month so I never made a payment..They Continue to harrass me about a payment but never came to pick it up or to bring me a new set So now I live here with a broken dryer and I have too go to the Laundromat to dry my clothes. With that being said Tammy banged on my window Friday evening screaming to my daughter to tell me to call... I do have a doorbell so I can't understand why she would bang on my living room window with my grandbaby in the house in fear of what and who is this in a Gray car parked by my mailbox banging on my window. I got a call it works saying her rude unprofessional country voice lady was acting a fool.. I will never and will never reccomend this store to anyone.. I think The higher Management and Corporate is in on this type of Unprofessional stuff because nothing has been done or addressed or not gone apology has been given so I assume this is a family business that sticks together and they condone this nonsense..Very sad and Unbelievable actions from grown adults....

This is about Aaron's corporate not an individual location .Had a corporate matter and the non customer service via FB and email told me they don't care about their issues , they refused to even listen.I am sorry if this effects an individual location but if the head is rotten it rots the rest of the company Mistakes and problems occur it's when they do the real character of a corporation is revealed .Not listening and not caring is worse than making a mistake .I won't deal with this company nor their affiliates therefore And all should beware .The employees and or locations this effects I am sorry but your corporate office lack of professionalism needs to be corrected or it will be repeated .

The Staff is great and great customer service! Delivery was great as well! But when I returned everything a week before my payment date, and even paid 30.00 I was still charged my monthly payment and a day early! That has really messed me up! I was thinking about renting from them again but after this just accured I would never rent again. They lost another great customer. No excuses for this and a day early.

Clint is extremely rude. I wanted to return a couch and got nothing but attitude from the guy. Very rude. I won’t return with business & I have paid accounts out numerous times in the past.This location always has the worse management. Always has! I guess it always will.

Absolutely worst place I have ever dealt with. Clint and Sabastian are rude and will show up at your house and stalk you no matter the time of day. They are like Gru and his minion. They do not understand what it is like during a pandemic and put their employees in danger by sending them to peoples houses who do not pay the moment it is due. Will never use these jokers again and will be reporting them for their illegal practices. I'm a single mom and the intimidation they do is wrong. They think they are superior to women and border on harassment.

First off the only reason I am giving three stars is bc the employees at this store are great .. my issues are not with them it’s with the company itself. I purchased a gaming computer that was way overpriced of course .. what was really sad though is when we opened it up this “gaming system” that I’m paying thousands of dollars for... didn’t even have a gaming mouse or keyboard. The keyboard and mouse supplied was the very basic and one you don’t game with.. shame on you for not at the very least providing a true gaming system. You certainly charged for one.. I also couldn’t bundle it. You put an outdated processor with the best monitors or the best processor with mediocre monitors. Bc of that I couldn’t bundle which brought my price way up. It shouldn’t be like that. And there was no o down or low initial payment offered either.. I paid the 200 up front and that was that. and my system was never delivered nor was the option to have it delivered offered.. hands down the employees were great .. I would’ve given one star had it not been for their good customer service ..and the fact my son is happy... just be fair and do what’s right don’t try to rip people off it’s not cool

Go anywhere else if you can staff is rude call constantly and will call your references if you don’t call them back immediately telling them you can’t be found Or they cannot locate you. I got so fed up I just return my appliances I’ll do without and save up for them. Ask for a callback from the district manager three times no one ever called. Don’t bother calling customer service you’ll just stay on hold. Again shop somewhere else

I purchased a 55inch TV 2 years ago and it's already done. I called and asked to speak to the manager or the general manager and spoke with Joy and Carol. Basically they both told me to google a technician and good luck. I asked if they could recommend one of their techs "which we would pay" but they insisted that they could not do that. Bad customer service. Will never step foot in the door or recommend.
