What’s the point of making an appointment just for everyone who came after you to get waited on before you? I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Worst eye doctor experience I’ve ever had. Waited about 30 minutes to see the doctor, even though I had an appointment. The lady doing my tests was incredibly rude and kept cutting me off. The doctor was very nice and professional, and took only 5 minutes. I walked around and looked at glasses for about 30 minutes before getting impatient. The selection of frames is terrible. I waited for another 25/30 minutes before finally being help. The checkout process took longer than expected, and just to find out my insurance doesn’t cover everything, which they should’ve told me. Overall, I wasted half my day for nothing. Don’t come here unless you want terrible customer service from people who hate their job.

Horrible service waited on a pair of glasses for 2 months ? Management has no service skills and no since of urgency at all. They know how to point fingers at the lab or delivery. When in actuality the fingers should be pointed at them. No calls about the glasses that sat in the drawer broken for weeks but ups did it or the lab but we didn't notify the customer we decided they didn't need to see. No concessions given just excuses ? they will talk over you and lie to you, you do the research yourself. ? terrible service ? for Burford l. Even the front desk will agree the service is bad slow and etc.The lead in the store knows how to get smart and say I don't care well that part I could tell. I been a customer of America best for over 20 years never thought I see the day service would be so horrible ?

The people are very nice, BUT they will say anything to get you in. I lost my glasses and I specifically asked how long it would take to get single vision basic glasses, I was told if they have the lenses 1 to 2 days, up to a week. I am very near sighted, so driving is dangerous, I work everyday, so I get headaches by the end of the day. Today is 1 week since my exam, I was just told "maybe another week or so." They cannot track your order. They cannot expedite the order. They have no idea how long it takes to get the most basic lenses possible in frames. They don't care. Their ads are awesome, the process isn't. Do not come if you need glasses soon or if you have a timeframe in which you need glasses.

They did it again!! This time was Eric who helped us with my son’s glasses. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and great to work with. Everyone was very friendly from the moment we walked in. Thank you all so much for making us feel welcome and appreciated every time we go to your place.
