When you first walk in they are stalking you throughout the store. After purchasing when you go back to the store because things went sideways they have no time for you. Our salesman JR. said he would get the manager to assist, that never happened after 30 minutes we left. The loveseat that was delivered had a broken frame and was tilted to one side. The tables for the living room set were filthy! The main table that was supposed have casters came without any casters and the top of tables had several deep scratches. It looked like we went to a garage sale! No one from the store contacted us ever. After several work orders and multiple deliveries and repairman coming to the house we finally have furniture that we can use. We will never go back to the Buford location!!

The delivery guys were not nice at all.One of them came in and asked me where the dresser will be, and I showed him the master bedroom. Only for him to come back with his partner and dropped the 2 boxes in the hallway and stated that they are not supposed to remove the dresser from the box. Then why did he go into my bedroom?? I even asked If I can remove it and give them the empty boxes to take with them, they refused and walked away. That was very bad customer service.

I have been trying since November 2023 to get a delivery charge dispute taken care of and still nothing. Spoke with a manager a couple of months ago and she confirmed she would be crediting my account.....still not credited. Also they can't seem to find my orders which they mistakenly put under my daughter's account. I haven been to the store numerous times to get issues resolved....nothing! It is by far the worst customer I have ever had!! I don't have enough room on here to even explain everything that went wrong with my orders. Make sure you keep good records because once they make the sale, you are on your own with any kind of assistance!
