I had them come out to install internet. They couldn't install it correctly so I had it cancelled same day. I have had to call back 4 different times now because they keep sending me a bill. Everytime I call them they say they have taken care of it and that I won't receive anymore bills but it keeps happening. AT\\u0026T has proven to me that they are completely incompetent.

This is the worst internet provider I ever had. They have poor customer service. I called to inquire if AT@T offers security systems. I was sent to a guy with a strong accent ( I believe in another country) who was extremely rude, yelled at me and hung up the phone. He became angry after he suggested I go to the website and find whatever information I needed. I asked him to provide me with any deals and let me know if this is even an option in my area. I guess that was too much so he hung up the phone. I’m stuck with AT\\u0026T because it’s all that my subdivision offers. I’m considering selling my house just to break free of AT\\u0026T.

They didn’t even earn one star... There is not enough time and space here for me to share my experience. However, I will say this company is too big to care or admit they made a mistake. I had Directv since 1996 and this month I cancelled it. As soon as my ATT phone contract is up in November, I will cancel it too. Awful service. Lack of service. No signal. Dropped calls. Calls never received, according to my mother and kids. Directv, don’t get me started. My DVR hasn’t allowed me to access the programs or even use it for two years. I called several times and was blown off with multiple reasons why. But they charged me every month for it. The list goes on, but I’m moving on. xoxo

Ridiculous! I pay 60$ a month for 3.1mbs, and these folks have a monopoly in the area. At my last house it was 30$ for 30mbs. The techs are great and super nice, but this service is THE only reason I don't like living in this area.
