Rafael provides horrible customer service. Blatantly ignored me after I waited 10 minutes for him to get done assisting another woman. Immediately was able to help the man who just walked through the door. I was a customer looking to open 2 lines with ATT. First time I walked in and will be the last.

Troy was extremely helpful after my phone had been stolen. Helped me get another phone I was in and out within 20 minutes all things considered, best case scenario, very appreciative of the team here.

Per the manager on duty (Felicia) this site is sales only and does not offer any customer service. This is an ATT corporate store. I expected just a little effort.

Worst customer service EVER! I visited the location today because I was having issues with my AT&T fiber internet and none of the employees acted like they cared about my situation. I was sent away with an explanation “there’s nothing that we can do”.
A fine how do you do for customers who pay their bills on time every month. If this is the kind of service they provide, they need to go out of business.
This location needs to be closed or staffed with people who have some empathy. If I had a choice of internet providers, I’d change in a heartbeat.

I had a problem ordering a cell phone trade-in on line but the agent at the store was very knowledgeable. He was able to combine several 'My AT&T' services and help me place the order. He provided very friendly and efficient service.
