My wife and I went to this store to clarify some inconsistency in our billing and trade in credit, we were luck or better put blessed to meet Josh, he went above and beyound to check our bill, call at&t to see what was happening and he won't stop untill our issue was completely solved . I can boldly say that Josh is the reason why I can say that I am please with at&t, Buford office is blessed to have someone like Josh in their store.

Came in unsatisfied with current service provider made the decision to switch due to EXCELLENT customer service provided by Melonie and JoShay. Answered all questions with expert knowledge and precise. Left extremely happy beyond satisfied would definitely recommend 5 stars and would not go to any other branch location. We truly appreciate you guys a huge thank you.

Our visit was amazing and Melanie was so helpful! We switched our service and she helped with every aspect from the switch and new phones and watch set ups! Very pleasant experience!

I just started a family plan here a month ago, and a few days ago, I received a bill with an amount of 1005.15. Oh my God! I called the service and came here immediately to ask what‘s going on? They said that I made an international call and I had to pay for it. I used to use $29 a month for unlimited international calls. Do you think it’s appropriate for me to pay more than 1,000 dollars when I don‘t know how to pay extra? This is almost a month’s salary. I‘m not satisfied with what your company has done. I really want to mourn your mobile phones and the Internet now. And tell all relatives and friends not to cooperate with you. Until forever.

We had the pleasure of working with Lester at the Mall of Georgia location. He was very knowledgeable with 15 + years of experience and very nice. He made sure to answer all of our questions and even gave us his business card to call if we didn't understand something once we were home. Excellent service from him all the way around

I had ordered an iPhone online and for security reasons they canceled my order and asked me to go to a branch to confirm my identity, I went to one of their branches in Buford and it was like at home.. Very very warm welcome, I sat down for a few minutes and watched a collective and very professional work.. I got my phone quickly and above all with a very advantageous plan. Once again, thank you very much Ms. Melanie ?

My husband and I are completely furious. We came in today to this location to solve our phone problems, and nobody would help! They kept on saying that they could not make those changes, only the att costumer service could do it over the phone. My husband already tried doing that 2 times and had confirmation that everything was all good and still nothing was done. We pay them so much money because we have our transportation business with them too, but customer service is horrendous!!! I think the way to solve this problem is to change providers, unfortunately, even though we have been customers for years.

Andy at the store allowed my ex wife to purchase over 5100 dollars in stuff and charged my personal bank account. I called to see what happened and I get this hateful lady named Felicia. Apparently she's a manager. She is about stupid. I tried to explain what was going on and all she does is interrupt me and say I need to come to the store. I asked her to stop interrupting me and that made it worse. I don't understand what has happened with customer service in this country but this lady need to be trained. I finally started getting loud and asked her to just let me finish what I was saying and she wouldn't shut up. So I asked her to be quiet for a minute and she got so mad at me she said she wouldn't be quiet and hung up on me. This store messed up bad and they don't want to take responsibility. Bye Felicia!
