Our vehicle received some body damage and GLA was listed as one of our car insurance company’s preferred providers and I can see why. Everyone at GLA was very courteous and helpful during the process. We had additional work done aside from the collision damage and they did a wonderful job making the car look brand new!

It was a great experience from start to finish. I was kept informed throughout the entire process, and my car was actually ready earlier than expected. They even stayed open until 8 pm so I could pick it up. When I realized I had forgotten an item and returned later that day, Russell was extremely gracious and helped me retrieve it. A big thank you to Shellee, Russell, and Garrett!

I had a great experience. Had an accident and had to have the backend of the car repaired. They lined up the rental car pickup. Told me when they would be done fixing the car and did finish on the day they said. Great communication. Finally, the car looks great.

First, let me shout out Russell, the manager – he’s not just attentive, he genuinely cares about his customers. You can feel his big heart in the way he ensures everything is done right and goes above and beyond to make the experience seamless.
The Body Shop team? Phenomenal. They did an excellent job on my vehicle yet again – it looks brand new, and the attention to detail is unmatched.
