Hello:
Getting an appointment was easy. I called my reprehensive and explain the problem I was experiencing. He set up an appointment and we were ready to go. When I arrive, I was greeted with courtesy, I was directed to the waiting area and was kept informed as to the progress of my vehicle. When completed, I was escorted to my vehicle and away I went. I really love my vehicle and I love the service I received from AutoAntion.

Super friendly team! The only issue was my original appointment was for 4pm. They texted that morning and asked if I could come earlier, 3pm. I said sure but when I got there, they didn't touch my vehicle to almost 4pm. And I didn't get out until almost 5pm. So why did I come an hour early just to wait?

Courteous, prompt, comfortable and explained things well. This was the fastest zi have ever received service here. Hope that continues! It was great.

The salesman was nice. I did have to get onto the salesman for texting and driving with us in the car, he was driving and driving aggressively. We came across a couple issues with the car after delivery and the sales team was more than happy to address them and have us come in to have the car looked at. I was super happy about their willingness to help out. The process to get the car into service was not so smooth. After six phone calls, requesting an honest date for parts and got blown off, try reaching multiple people in service and no one would answer the phone or call back. I never got an answer on the repair date until I spoke with Nick in the parts department. Nick was nice professional and went out of his way to help. It was the second day of me calling answer before I spoke with Nick. Nick was one call and done. I had already waited for a period of time with no feedback from the dealership. Once we arrived at the service center and spoke with the service writer he was short, seemed to have an attitude and I feel he came across as a little disrespectful toward my wife. The dealership did address our concerns and reinspect the car. The car is loved by my daughter and is safe. We are happy with the car. Customer service could use a attention.

The only downside was that, when I tried to call the Service Department to see how long my non-revenue service would take, after being transferred to Service, it went to voicemail. When I tried again, it went to a different person's voicemail. So that was disappointing.
Otherwise, the service -- a theft-prevention upgrade -- was completed reasonably quickly, and I was able to get a complimentary ride over to the Mall of Georgia, and then back after my car was finished. I wasn't expecting that sort of kindness and it was definitely appreciated.

This location is much better than others I have visited. It did take 2 days to diagnose the issue and it was very hard being carless for those days. I did get a loaner once the issue was identified but it would have been nice to have one during the diagnosis. Getting my car fixed was otherwise super fast. The location is clean and everyone was helpful! Chris was great! He was patient and polite and even offered to drop me off at the mall while I waited for my ride (since the shuttlecock had stopped for the day).

I have had my car 3 years now and each service I have received from Hyundai as been top tier. The assigned service techs (Albert and Jeffrey) display friendly caring attitudes and professional demeanor. I am never surprised about costs and they advise me of what I should consider doing without any pressure tactics. It has been a great choice for me to buy a Hyundai vehicle.

This was my first time at this location. I was treated with excellent service by Albert. He kept me informed step by step until my car was ready. I was also dropped off and pick up which was great.

The rating is poor not for service but lack of it. I took my car to them for engine light and the error code. The service guy said they don’t even diagnose until keeping the car for 72 hours. That is ridiculous to expect to be without a car for 3 days even before finding out what the problem is. The rep didn’t even seem interested in helping. I will never go to them for any service.

When my Hyundai Elantra started having issues from delayed maintenance, I was worried I would never be able to get it fixed. However, AutoNation Hyundai’s service department were super helpful and non-judgmental. Richard specifically was very helpful and patient with all my questions. Despite big car problems, the repair was done quite quickly and Sunbit as a payment option was very convenient.

They are the Best! They helped me and my family so much I was almost in tears (actually was) my catalytic converter was bad it was going to cost me 5,000 dollars I just paid 1100 dollars to get the car out so I was in a situation of needing a car they put me and my family in a 2025 sonata with 15 miles on it Thank you Thank you! Richard/Pat/ and the person completing the paper work I was a mess that day sorry that I forgot yall names / Richard stays busy but he run around ensuring we get the best customer service and he is upfront with everything on 7/22/25

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Service That Went Above and Beyond
We had been dealing with ongoing issues with our 2016 Tucson—constant limp mode problems and clear signs of an engine issue. The techs at AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia Service Center were able to identify the issue right away, but unfortunately, the car kept passing a specific clearance test that Hyundai requires before performing warranty work.
Instead of giving up, the service team went the extra mile—they recorded video of the issue, documented everything thoroughly, and took it upon themselves to advocate directly with Hyundai. Thanks to their persistence and professionalism, Hyundai approved a full engine replacement under warranty.
This kind of dedication is rare. The team genuinely cares about their customers, and their actions saved us thousands of dollars. I can’t thank them enough and highly recommend this service center to anyone who wants honest, knowledgeable, and customer-first support.
