My experience with Auto Nation was amazing, the staff was very helpful and made me feel at home and welcome. Alexander was amazing and very pleasant, the manager was awesome and I am very happy with my new vehicle. Would definitely recommend.

I had an oil change. My service provider was Albert Dennis. He was very professional, courteous, and kind! His customer service professionalism was top tier and he represented Hyundai AutoNation in the best way!

The original lady that scheduled my oil change appointment was supposed to make sure that the replacement seat belt buckle was ordered or my point of contact was supposed to call me about the part. It fell through the cracks and I've had to go several more days to get the part. Sitting on my seatbelt doesn't cut it if I'm involved in an accident. Customers should be allowed to pick up parts from the warehouse if paid in full. Not waiting 2 days for a part that's 20 minutes down the road. Other than that I have no complaints except the $307 price tag for a Seat Belt Buckle and sensor. 6 year old car shouldn't have a Buckle Break. Cheap Quality if you ask me!

Buying the Hyundai Palisades at the AN Hyundai Mall of Ga was one of the better experiences I have had in years! The staff never pressured us in any way and showed us exactly what we were looking for plus we’re able to show us the upgraded model that we were not really sure about. In the past, buying a car has been an all day experience, but not true with this team! Our sales rep and the general manager worked with us until we felt comfortable with the car we wanted and the deal we wanted. I would recommend this team to any of my friends buying a car!
