Self checkout, and management does nit train ir allow staff to help with checking out or selecting parts. Their goal with this location is to 100% online

Best location, always friendly staff. They go that extra mile. Once, they sent a parts delivery driver to give a stranded couple a jump at a nearby bank parking lot.

Really great crew here. My car was having trouble starting so I brought it in to see if they could test the battery. The man who helped me was awesome. He tested the battery, recommended one in my price range and helped me put in the new battery. They even took my old one and gave me a discount for it. Will definitely go back next time I need something for my car

This is the best Auto Zone branch I’ve ever patronized. PERIOD. The staff on duty the day I did business with AZ-Buford branch was simply put, AWESOME. Very helpful, knowledgeable, eager to satisfy, the whole nine.Especially Antonio (I regret to say i didn’t catch his last name), if he’s not managing the joint, he certainly should be! Want to give a special shoutout to him for his patience, courtesy, and excellent demeanor. Without going into great detail, I’ll just say I wasn’t a particularly easy customer to deal with in terms of having all of the pertinent information and part numbers, but didn’t faze Antonio at all, he just rolled with it and kept at it until he was certain I was completely taken care of. Part of my business dealings that day involved replacing 2 batteries in my buddy’s Ram 2500 Diesel..he even knocked that out in no time flat too.Hats off to AZ-Buford branch and to Antonio..yours a gentleman and a scholar my friend.Thanks guys!

Took advantage of a.woman and scammed her $144 for spark plugs and oil and filter and STP treatment .Took it back to another store bought spark plugs and oil and filter and STP oil treatment $67 sold her $ 20 spark plugs 4 cyl $77.96

I visited this AutoZone at 7:30 am, right at their listed opening hour. To my surprise, the store was closed – no cars in the parking lot and a look inside indicated either a temporary closure or ongoing construction. Left with no choice, I headed to the Honda Dealer to get my car's light bulb replaced. Wanting to clarify the situation, I called AutoZone. After a brief wait of 2-3 minutes, someone finally picked up. I inquired about the store's status, and the employee confirmed that they were indeed open. However, when I asked about their business hours, I was informed that they actually open at 8:00 am. This discrepancy was quite frustrating. If their official opening time is 8:00 am, it would be a wise move for them to update their information accordingly. My trip to the store proved to be a waste of time, and I ended up paying more for both parts and labor for the light bulb replacement elsewhere. Needless to say, this experience left me dissatisfied.
