I just visited the lower level of bath and body works. Its been a long time since I had such genuine service. Lance is such a great soul! We need more people like him in this world.

Everyone was so kind and helpful! TJ went above and beyond, greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. TJ then checked back in to make sure I didn't need a basket and then helped me looked for the handsanitizer I needed. They were so kind! The store was very well organized. Great experience! We had a fantastic experience with Craig! He was an upbeat and kind employee here who informed us of the sales going on and helped us find exactly what we needed. He even wished my grandma a happy Mother's Day! I have never been a big fan of Bath & Body Works, but our experience was great.
