Great customer service here! I needed 6 golf cart batteries, but they didn't have them in stock for me to pick up. The manager took the initiative to make sure I got them as quickly as possible (a few days) by going to another location and returning with them. He brought them to my car and unloaded the old one and loaded the new ones for me. Great job and thank you!

Yes, I am a regular. Back again at Batteries Plus in Buford, this time for something beyond just batteries, and that is when I met Breone, the genius on duty. I don’t know how he fixed my smart keys, but he did, fast, flawlessly, and with a calm confidence that speaks volumes. Great hire!
And let me also say this: shoutout to Batteries Plus for offering lifetime warranties on car key batteries. Every time my key dies, I walk in and walk out with a fresh battery, no stress, no extra cost. Now that is customer care that keeps you coming back.

Had a new smart remote for my car programmed here. Battery replaced in another. They were fast and very reasonably priced, easy to work with. Was worth a few extra driving minutes to get there since it cost less than half of a mobile locksmith's quote.

My 77 year old mother came in earlier , inquiring about the replacement of a battery in a key fob. I want to know WHY the store manager advised the associate to charge her $5.00 to determine what type of battery was needed for the fob. In addition to the $5.00 , the associate stated it would be an additional $ 20.00 service fee to replace the battery. That isn't what your website states (screenshot attached). Shame on you for trying to take advantage of my mother. If you live long enough to see 77 , I pray you experience the same type of service that you provided to her.

The gentlemen at the Bufird store helped my wife and me select batteries, flashlights and radios to send to Western North Carolina relief to assist with the horrendous storm damage there, Their patience and expertise were invaluable. In addition, the generous discount they provided helped us purchase other items to send. They will always be our source for batteries.

this year there’s been a trend that the batteries that I refer my customers to buy from batteries plus for their motorcycles are coming to them 50 and 60% charged. These batteries used to come fully charged whenever I referred my customers to batteries plus to get a battery for the motor.. it’s extremely irresponsible to sell to someone that’s putting their battery in a motorcycle and giving them a battery that’s 50% charged. motorcycles charging systems cannot fully charge battery normal if the battery is 50 to 60% the battery needs to be topped off and then the Bike maintains the charge while driving not the other way around. I will no longer be referring my customers for my motorcycle business to buy their batteries from batteries plus. this is a trend that I’ve seen in the state of Georgia only I don’t know that this is happening in other states, but I definitely know that this is happening at multiple stores within the Atlanta region. I would advise anybody who buys from this store to make sure they properly test battery and check for voltage and current capacity

If I could leave no stars I would. I'm not one to leave bad reviews - I simply choose not to support businesses that don't deliver however this experience was not bad it was absolutely terrible. You sold batteries I purchased to another customer and after numerous calls because I had to follow up on YOU - no replenishment order was placed - ordered after my first call. Still not in after my second call and after four weeks I'm done. I'm a business owner and would never treat a customer like this so after today's call still no batteries I'm getting my money back and going somewhere else permanently. This purchase in total was over $1500 dollars for a total of 8 batteries -business must be good to loose that revenue!

They are slow and unprofessional. They take weeks to delivery key fobes. They order the wrong key fobe and rarely keep you updated when the order is delayed.

Easy to access location, staff member was very efficient and professional, able to answer all of my questions and make suggestions. Also love this place because they make recycling batteries so easy! They just take them and say thanks- in and out in 30 seconds!
