Please be aware: Boost Mobile located at 1930 Buford Mill Drive, Buford, GA is a SCAM. The owner sold me a faulty telephone and would not replace or refund my monies. Customer Service was very rude, incompetent and unprofessional.

Rips off people who he thinks are not educated on his phones my friend bought me a phone and he ripped him off sold him my iPhone 8 for $450 when they have the iPhone 11 offered for 49.99+ tax And then signed him up for the most expensive phone plan for $67 a month for unlimited been added Mexico plan and I sure don’t call Mexico and his company is so difficult you can’t even switch plans it doesn’t even offer you anything lower than $60 a month and that is not what they are offered to say. Then he tried to tell my friend that chargers do not come with found and made them buy a charger knowing that also found come with a charger.

Always time-consuming as it appears extra employees are needed. Customers shouldn't have to wait for an hour or more to conduct business. There seems to be only one specialist there and most ppl need that kind of service. Also employees entice customers to get a new phone as though that's the only solution to their problem. I don't believe that but what can one do?
