THIS PLACE IS GREAT! Challenging workouts, fun atmosphere, it feels like a real community. Shay pushes me to my limit every time, and I’ve lost about 30 pounds since joining in January. One Of the best things I started doing for my health and wellness was joining this gym!!

I've been going here for several years and I love it! The workouts change up daily. A great mix of weight training, plyo, cardio, machines, TRX and the occasional outdoor run. The trainers are personable and care about their members. great music too!

I absolutely love this place! The trainers themselves are incredible and always encouraging, but so is everyone that goes there! I actually see results and now i get genuinely upset if i have to miss a class... which i never thought i would say about working out
