We visited today for my daughter’s birthday, and the experience felt a bit off. We weren’t greeted when we came in and had to ask around to figure out the process. I noticed other birthday kids receiving stickers and special attention, so it was disappointing she didn’t get the same experience. She loves her bear, but the visit didn’t feel as welcoming as we hoped.

We visited the Build-A-Bear. When we were done the lady asked if we wanted a box or a bg for the bear. She gave us no prices so we chose the bag. She also gave a $10 gift card she charged us $5 for. A $36 dollar bear turned to $57 dollars. Never again. They need to inform people of upsells.

Amazing!!!! Nico was so kind & helped my family find the perfect BEARS!! When he saw we were having issues he was quick to jump into action and help, which MADE our experience!! Thank you so much!!!!

Our very first time in a build a bear with our one year old daughter. We did the pay your age teddy bear. Estefany was the only person working the whole store at the time we visited. The other girl was on lunch. Estefany was polite, helpful, attentive, and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. From start to finish it was such a very cool experience. Thank you so much Estefany!

Went to this location yesterday, 6/15 with my 1, 4, and 6yo and we all had a great time, even though the kids made for a chaotic visit! Lol. In all the chaos I hate that I didn’t get the names of any of the employees besides Zoe who did our stuffing, but we interacted with about 5 or 6 young people total and all were helpful and kind! Lots of sweet interactions with the kids, singing to our 1yo birthday kid, fun and silly banter when stuffing our bears, helpful information about the indoor play place in the mall, and when one of my girls couldn’t find a shirt she wanted, we were given the display to purchase without a second thought. Thanks for the wonderful experience to all of you! You created a positive environment for my babies and they want to go back already!

Yesterday I took my niece and my husband daughter. It was his daughter’s first time. During the process I started recording and Nico the girl who helped stuff our animal told me to turn my volume down on my phone. At first I didn’t think anything of it. Then my husband asked is there a reason she responded she doesn’t like hearing herself and when the video plays back she heard herself it’s loud and that’s all she hears in her head all day. Then she was mumbling something under her breath. It just threw me off but that’s a personal issue she has and maybe this isn’t the job for her. Always had great past experiences but I’ve never had this experience.

Overall, it was a decent experience, until the stuffing of the bear. The associate had wanted us to have our daughter try to sit on the pedal & I wanted to capture that moment. Caught this reaction instead.
Be mindful of how you wear your face, especially if you're going to be around young kids.

Hands down AMAZING service!!! Paige & Tracey were phenomenal with my boys for their birthday. Paige definitely made the experience worth while holding a conversation with my boys and truly got them to engage ( trust me that’s not easy). Tracey kept us up to date on new releases and deals we could take advantage of. These girls were just God sent! Thank you so much for your attention.

I didn’t have the same experience here for my daughter like I did with my nephew a while back. The lady stuffing the bear wasn’t engaged with my daughter, didn’t add a heart or let her make a wish which made my daughter kind of walk off and leave me to stuff the bear. The employee was just cold and closed off. Kind of upset me because this was my first time with my daughter. Try to tell the employees to call out if they just going to be standoffish you’re around kids for goodness sakes. She didn’t even acknowledge my kid and looked impatient when I was getting her to push the pedal with her foot. Idk I’m actually disappointed . Much better off just buying it complete if it required to deal with all that. Do better please.
