I don’t think all caliber locations are like this but this location definitely make me not want to do any business with caliber again….even if my insurance is paying for it. I had better experiences at other locations.

I recently repaired my car at your company due to a car accident. But the experience was very disappointing, and I will never leave my car at your company again, and I will never recommend your company to my friends. I lack professional knowledge about car repairs, and I think most of my customers are in the same position. The most important thing between the company and its customers is trust, promise keeping, and communication. Therefore, I think your company should demonstrate professional expertise in car repairs and provide friendly customer service.
When customers receive such services, they are highly satisfied and willing to spend money on repairs and recommend the company to others, which increases the company's reputation. Unfortunately, this was not the case for your company. The employee's response was unkind, causing inconvenience and failing to meet the repair deadline. The reason for the offer was even more absurd.
When I visited to drop off the car for repairs on May 30, I was told it would be completed between June 18 and 20. I was moving to Tennessee after June 20, so I asked and explained to them that I had to meet this deadline thoroughly. At first, I was happy with the daily text updates on the progress of the repairs, but I made a few calls as the deadline approached and there were continuous delays. Nonetheless, the calls were unkind. When I visited on the 20th, I was told that the car wasn't ready because it still needed to be washed, and I was asked to pick up the next day.
Then your company informed me that the headlights were defective and called me to come back next Tuesday. But the accident in my car was never serious. Before I brought the car to your company, I received quotes from three different repair shops and checked the condition of the car. I also purchased parts for repairs at a store I know. Parts were readily available on the same day. But I decided to go to a repair shop designated by the insurance company.
It usually takes about two weeks to replace and inspect parts, while it takes your company about 27 days. It took another week after the agreed 18 days, and on the last day a headlight issue was discovered, raising questions about the competence of the technicians. When I inquired about the misalignment of the bonnet and side panels, I also received an unfaithful response from the dealer that it was due to the purchase of the parts.
I don't understand the lack of effort in customer service. Over time, I began to suspect I was being discriminated against by race, because everyone was kind except for the person I spoke to.

I highly recommend Caliber Collision. My car was hit by someone whose insurance worked through Caliber, and I am very glad that was their choice for fixing my car. The service was friendly, professional, and well executed. I was also kept informed every step of the way with regard to where they were in the process of repairing my vehicle.

My family’s minivan was dinged in a parking lot and we chose Caliber Collision to perform the repairs through insurance. Eric and his team did a phenomenal job! Stellar paint job! It is obvious to me everyone who worked on the van all have an attention to detail and take pride in their skills. They literally went above and beyond the task and fixed a significant dent for me that wasn’t even part of the original damage because of their care for doing the job right. I was given frequent updates through text messages and phone calls and had my van back much faster than I thought. I recommend Caliber Collision for everyone’s car repairs and paint.

I had an amazing experience with this location! I spoke with Eric the most, but every single person I interacted with was amazing and extremely helpful. Eric was available for any questions and updates as they came up! I received updates on my car via text/phone call at least 2-3 times a week, so customer service is definitely a 10/10. They were extremely transparent when waiting for parts, and they definitely made this time of not having my vehicle a whole lot easier. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again!!
