We recently purchased a Thor Windsport from Blue Compass in Buford and had very accomodating & atttentive service from both Lorenzo & Jared. Any questions or concerns we had were quickly addressed. Mike Hollis was very thorough on the tour of our motor home and patient to answer all our questions… highly recommend Blue Compass of Buford!!!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Best customer service ever. This was hands down the best big purchase experience. We never felt pressure to buy even though we went to the dealership 4 or 5 times before purchasing Jared our sales guy was awesome never pushy and made us feel important every time. Lorenzo made the sales part of it enjoyable and quick worked in our budget and got what we wanted. They ordered the camper for us and had it in 2 days. Hannah did the walk through and was so knowledgeable and made the process seamless.10 out of 10 would recommend. We love our new house on wheels!!!

Many Thanks to everyone at Blue Compass for getting my maverick ready to tow behind my motorhome! Most especially Mike who took the time to make sure I could hook and unhook the towbar without any trouble. He went out of his way to make sure I knew what I was doing and that I would be safe❤️

We purchased our brand new 2024 camper from blue compass back in July. While we love our camper, our experience with blue compass, has been less than ideal from the very beginning. The only reason I gave it to stars was because our sales person Toya was absolutely amazing, but the buying process in the service department are absolutely awful. First issue was during the buying process with Lorenzo .they charged my credit card an extra thousand dollars for my down payment. And then they did not tell us that our camper was ready for pick up and it had been sitting there ready for over a week. There was zero communication. The second issue was that the tag was never filed and 90 days went by and we were about to be kicked out of our storage unit because we still did not have a tag and when I inquired about it, they gave me some excuse that Gwinnett county Was just running slow. But Gwinnett county is the one who told us that the tag had never been filed. I called spoke to the office manager Tiffany and she overnighted the filing. In the meantime we had to move our camper. The third issue would be with the service department , there is zero communication from the service department. We brought our camper in for the 90 day warranty inspection as advised when we purchased the brand new camper did have a couple of issues we dropped our camper off September 7 and it is currently October 17. We have called every single week for an update with no return call. We finally just drove there and asked about our camper. We have been told that they are waiting on the warranty person to approve one of the items that needed to be fixed with the roof. But that was never communicated to us over the several weeks that the camper has been sitting there so I asked for the warranty person’s email so that I could email them myself. I emailed the lady a few days ago and still have not received a response , we are pretty upset that we are more than likely going to miss out on fall camping because the service department for some reason can’t get it together. They told me that I was more than welcome to come pick up the camper and take it camping and bring it back once the warranty was approved , my response to that is I feel like if I pick up my camper is going to void the 90 day warranty. They said yes it would so then why would you offer for me to pick it up. The issue with the roof is we found several mold spots on the ceiling which means there is a water issue. This is covered under the warranty because it is a brand new camper and we brought it in within the first 90 days Why it’s taking so long to be approved and no one communicates anything to us unless we drive up there physically to speak to someone is unbelievable. So my thoughts are they are great to you to get you to purchase once you have purchased then you don’t matter, we will never recommend them and never purchase from them ever again .

I’m not usually one to do reviews but I honestly can’t believe the service we have gotten from Josh Alexander at Blue Compass!!!
My husband and I did NOT purchase our RV from Blue Compass, after receiving the absolute WORST service at camping world, we needed help and guidance… we live close by this Blue Compass location and we are so appreciative and thankful for Josh! He has provided information, opinions, guidance… ALL THE THINGS!! Hard to find customer service that makes you feel like a “friend” these days, Josh made us feel that way right off the rip!
We have now made purchases, had service done and will be forever customers!!
If you are looking to buy an RV or need help with your current RV, I seriously couldn’t recommend this place (and JOSH ALEXANDER) any more!!! You won’t be disappointed!!

Sales team was amazing! Patient. Answered all questions. Did NOT pressure us at all. Easy to work with and understood our wants and needs.
Josh, service manager was awesome! Came in on his day off to show us how to hook up and pull the 5th wheel. Walk through was easy, service guy answered all questions and didn’t over explain
Parts manager was helpful and honest

Jennie was so amazing and knowledgeable about my new Geo Pro by Rockwood. So pleasant and friendly and made the process so easy! Love her!! Lorenzo was amazing and gave me full value for my trade. Such and easy process and I’m so excited to use my new camper! Fall is upon us!

Blue compass in Buford GA is awesome. Jared our salesman was a NO PRESSURE salesman. He answered all of our questions and worked to find our T.T. He found what we needed and wanted and located in at another Blue Compass dealership and had it delivered to Buford at no cost to us. He would call us after the sale and ask us how things were going. Even after hours. Lorenzo in finance department made getting this done was very easy and painless. Service department is A plus. Don't buy from anyone else.go see Jared at Blue Compass in Buford.

This place was the best. We could not have asked for a better place to buy a camper. We traded our old camper in on a new one. The first camper buying experience was terrible, but blue compass made up for it. Thank you to all the wonderful staff that helped make this transition so easy. Thank you for checking out and cleaning our trade so well. I definitely recommend this dealership.

We were camping nearby and our kitchen faucet had started leaking. I took a chance on calling Blue Compass North Atlanta and Josh gladly took my call even though they had not opened yet. He asked what trouble we were having and found what we needed and had it waiting for us when arrived. The entire staff was super nice and helpful! Thanks again Josh!! Took RV in for warranty work all minor.Two water leaks and a fridge recall.Manual ac thermostat not working.Has been at Blue Compass North Atlanta now three weeks.I have called three times last week left messages to service manager no response
