Worst experience with Chase I have been a customer with Chase over 12 years. Made an appointment the banker explained my slot was for only 30 minutes. And that she was the only banker there and that it takes 1 and 30 minutes to open business bank account. She suggested I make another appointment. Called another Chase and they had availability and the customer service was better. This idiot of a teller asked me if the business was already established. I looked at her and told her you can’t get a business account unless you are a business. Common sense goes along ways I will never go to this branch again. A experienced teller can open a business bank account on about 45 minutes. My appointment at the other branch was at 1:00 pm we were done at 1:45. She just didn’t want to take the time to further assist us. However, the other business specialist was very helpful and gave my young daughter some advice on investing. I learned in life one Monkey don’t stop nobody show. The clown can continue to be a circus at her own show!!

I have the best experience every time I go to this bank. The tellers (Sandra and Kelvin) are always so friendly and helpful. Exceptional service!

WORST LOCATION ! Why are they even open?! I went in to reopen my savings account. There were 6 bankers sitting in their cubicle with NO customers to only be told that NO ONE was available! One of the bankers on a personal call bc they had ear phones on. Are they there for business or just milk their time there and do no work ! Poor customer service !

I went to open a business account. I was told there were no business bankers working today and I should go to another location down the road because they have two business bankers working today. The second location I went to told me they didn't have anyone available and that the other location said they didn't send me there. Guess I'll find a different bank that wants my business

1 banker available but was occupied with another client. I was told another banker left early. SMH, If the bank closes at 5pm why do they allow the staff to leave prior to closing?

Positively far and away without a doubt or any stretching of the truth the worst bank I’ve ever experienced. ATMs rarely work, they are often closed for maintenance, it’s the most inconvenient and I think so frequently of switching banks just because it is so bad.

3-14-2022Here we go again!! I see nothing has changed. I’m sitting in the drive-thru for a while then comes another car, Chase tell me why this man has been helped and on his way while I’m still sitting there. This location has some disrespectful tellers. The people that bank with you are the same people that keep all of your branches open and allow you to take home millions of dollars in bonuses…remember that. I will definitely have a talk with my employer to see if we can take our business somewhere else because it’s not appreciated. Chase no need to do better, keep it up and watch how your competition will flourish.A year agoHorrible service!!!I waited 15 minutes while the bank manager (Roslyn) held a conversation with a lady the teller was already assisting. I make deposits for the company I work for everyday and this experience was unprofessional. Chase, you need to do better.

Your credit card is a scam! Your customer service sucks! You have no accountability whatsoever all the way to corporate. Hard pull for credit limit increase? Really what a joke I went to your Competition ! Find another bank do not use these clowns ! There's nothing they can do for you but blame everyone but them ! STAY FAR AWAY

Poor service, went to submit documents for credit card application twice but branch didn't sent it further and the application became inactive. Credit score went down and couldn't get the credit card approved because the branch didn't sent my documents! Waste of time and took hit in credit score for nothing, sending documents via branch is the only way so not sure how one can rely on such banking service!

I’ve been trying to calling them since last Thursday multiple times. I’ve tried calling at different times. I’ve probably called 30 times, no exaggeration. I even called the chase customer service twice to connect me to this branch with no results. Seriously, why leave me a voicemail to call the bank back if the bank isn’t going to answer. This is ridiculous.Update: I went to the bank and called them while waiting. The volume for their phone is muted, no wonder no one ever answers…
