My mom went to this store today! And the manager name is Brandy (I think that’s her name) and she was soo nice and really consulted what my mother needed. Seeing her actually care about my mother and ask about her life was really nice to see. My mom was very touched and said she is coming back just for her. If you come here ask for Brandy

I have been shopping at Chicos for about 20 years. I am new here from New Jersey and was expecting that southern hospitality but I did not receive a warm welcome. I was in the market for a pair of black slacks and asked the sales associates were there any sales. The sales associates told me to look around the store and read the signs. I have never in my life experience that at all from any particular store Especially not Chicos. I was very disappointed and ended up going next-door to the loft to purchase my slacks. I must say this will not stop me from shopping at Chicos but I will not purchase anything from the Chicos located at the Mall of Georgia.ST

Lois was amazing! I took my mom who requires extra help shopping. Lois, as well as the manager, Chiquita were wonderful. Never rushed us and helped bring any size or extra item we requested to the dressing room. They recommended different sizes and picked jewelry that made our especially my moms experience very pleasant. Thank you ladies for being so patient and kind.

Website(not just Google) says M-Sat 10-7 they were closed at 6.

Closing before they should. Trying to get it after work third day and they. Keep closing few hours before their schedule. And workers walking around trying on close. Not cool

Was never treated so rudely by Store personnel and even the district manager that was in there in my life. I’m in my 50s and me and my mother have been shopping at Chicos for almost 20 years. I’m still in shock how rude everyone was in this particular store. I even saw the district manager smirk at me when she asked me a question thinking I was some lowlife person that was trying to return something in her upscale store. Still in shock about the whole thing.

The absolute worst customer service that I’ve ever received at a Chico’s, the manager Janelle has the worst attitude ever. She will cut you short and dismiss you every chance she gets, not really sure how she made it to a managerial role. Do better.
