I was so excited when this location finally opened! It had been closed for a long time probably due to getting it staffed. Since it opened I have been in there many times shopping for mainly Christmas presents (and some for myself..lol). On one of my visits, later evening I was helped by Christina. She was so sweet, friendly and very fun to talk to! Next time I went in, again later evening, Alyssa was there and was a delight to work with! She was equally sweet, very friendly and super helpful! I had placed orders online for store pick-up both times and this location is the best location out of all the ones I've been to during Christmas shopping time. Claire's, please give these wonderful ladies recognition :)Update--I came by here again to shop on 1/17/23--This time I was helped by Erin. She was very nice and great to talk to! She helped me find several earrings I was looking for and more that I just had to buy. She also went above and beyond to help. Another great experience at this store location!!!

Would not recommend as there is staff that is incapable of completing simple transactions. When suggested they call for assistance suddenly became defensive and unnecessary attitude. Go somewhere else where customer service is priority with capable staff.

I was shopping at this store for Christmas gifts for my daughter and Erin helped me pick out the perfect gift. I lost my credit card and she payed for my transaction. Love her!
