This was probably one of the best shoe store experiences I have had in a long time. Not only is the shoe quality exceptional, but the service was outstanding. I called ahead of time, and Paul was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions with direct transparency. When I arrived, he professionally addressed my needs and assisted me in finding the perfect comfortable running shoes. I am very satisfied with my HOKA Clifton 10s (balance), and the price-to-value was absolutely worth it. No regrets, definitely be coming back and a huge thank you to Paul! 😎👟🤝🇺🇸

I honestly cannot say enough positive things about this store. Ralph, the owner, has worked with me for so many years finding the right shoe through my weight loss journey with running, Etc. They are all so very accommodating and patient. They are now helping my 15-year-old son with the right shoe, patient with him as well. Check this place out you will not be disappointed.

Great place to buy shoes. The service was excellent. I was welcomed as I arrived and a sales girl immediately approached me. I was in and out within a short time. It's nice that, if you give them your information, they know exactly what size shoes you previously bought. They also give you a discount on future purchases according to what you spent. Also, they have a box to recycle your old shoes...either to homeless people or if the old shoes are really crummy, the shoes are ground down and used for play grounds. Highly recommend this store.

I mean what can I say. I’ve never been to a shoe store that puts your needs first over making money. They made sure I got the shoes that were right for me, even after some trial and error, and I found some Brooks I quickly loved. Shout out to this store and the employees for putting customer satisfaction first, and I know exactly where to refer my friends to when they need a reliable shoe store! Y’all are the GOAT

Brittany is outstanding in listening to the customer and help. She is knowledgeable, caring and extremely helpful. We had bought 3 pairs of shoes for our travel, and we visited the store after our trip because 2 pairs were not comfortable. Brittany was very kind to listen to us and offered new replacement shoes that were comfortable even though we came after 30 days because of our foreign travel. She cares about customers' needs and does everything right for the customer. She deserves more than 5 stars! Thank you sooooooooooo much Brittany!

Paul and Frank were fantastic… patient, attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and (dare I say) tolerant. This store is everything a small business should be, and I highly recommend these folks if you’re looking for the RIGHT pair of running/walking/trail running shoes. I’ll be back.

I can't say enough about the service I received during my visit a few days ago. The sweet lady that waited on me was exceptionally accommodating in every way. She took her time to make sure she understood what my foot issues were and fit me up with absolutely the most comfortable tennis shoes and slides I have ever had.
