If there was a zero star I’ll give it to them.
I wanted to buy a hand bag from them called the Tote Cargo Bag, but they didn’t have it in-store, only online. I needed it the same day, so I went to Dillard’s and found the exact same bag and bought it there.
But Dillard’s doesn’t provide a box or bag for it, so I went back to the original store and explained the situation. I asked if they could give me a box or shopping bag since it’s the same brand. They said no because I didn’t buy it from them.
I even offered to pay for the packaging if needed, and they still refused. I contacted customer service, and they also said no. Honestly, their service is trash. I’ll never shop from them again, it’s just a shopping paper bag!!! So cheap

I was making a return on the Western Tabby, lovely bag, but to small. The sales associates were so nice and kind. Top Tier!!! Will visit this Coach store again.

I have called this store many times to place an order and also order hangtags, First I was told they don’t want to make the hangtag as it’s too hard, then was told I don’t spend enough at coach and then was told they changed the policy and now you can only get up to three numbers or initials and one stamp by it. I asked to speak to a store manager to ask a question and not one phone call has been returned. Felicia answered the last time I called and was very polite however I am not sure of the other sales associates were having a bad day but I felt like being rushed off the phone and was told the manager will call me back. It has been three calls and left messages and not once has my call been returned. I have been polite and courteous over the phone but would like clarification from the manager herself as to what the policy is as I have been told three different things. The customer service needs some work and I have never been told in any store I have called or been to that I do not spend enough money and that should never be told to anyone. I spend a lot of money each year at the coach retail store and outlet but more in the retail and even if someone just bought a tag they should be
treated with kindness and valued as a customer. Avoid this store if you are looking for good customer service because you will not find it or get a call back and it’s been three calls and two weeks later and still no call back. Worst customer service ever except for Felicia.

Terri was so incredibly nice and helpful! She welcomed me into the store, asked if I was looking for something in particular, and kindly told me the bag i was looking for was only available at the outlet. When i looked around she helped me get a bag down from the shelf, got a chain so i could see it as a crossbody, and was patient as i tried other bags. When i chose one, she put a beautiful free engraving on the tag and offered water while i waited for the engraving to finish. This was my first time shopping in-store, very happy with my experience

My wife and I had the worst experience at this location this evening. We went in looking for a specific color and model bag and felt like we were profiled. The SA was very unfriendly and opened the bag to tell us the price in a very snobby tone. We then inquired about a specific charm for the bag and was advised “maybe you can try the outlet”.
No thank you, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere. Specifically to Lenox.

HIGHLY NARCISSISTIC/EGOTISTIC STAFF:
I have purchased multiple original pieces from various Coach retail stores, but recently bought a bag from the Outlet. I saw on TikTok that you can walk into any Coach retail store and get your hang tag monogrammed for free. I literally saw someone get the same exact Teri shoulder bag hang tag monogrammed at their Coach RETAIL store and visited the Buford location with this knowledge. No one has ever clarified whether Outlet pieces aren’t applicable to monogramming because they NEVER had a problem with it, regardless of the state or location.
After being greeted, I let the SAs know I was just here for a monogrammed tag. As soon as I set my bag down, the SA behind the monogramming machine IMMEDIATELY and RUDELY interrupted me before I could even explain myself and how I found this service. She simply said that Outlet pieces aren’t allowed to be monogrammed without me even showing her my bag. Either way, I asked to just buy a tag instead and she said I needed to make a separate purchase first. Apparently $8 hang tags aren’t allowed to be purchased individually. Then I explained that there are countless TikTok videos, Youtube videos, and Reddit posts I found that said Outlet pieces CAN be monogrammed, to which she rolled her eyes and said that maybe an Outlet store offers the service. At this point she pissed me off and I corrected her saying that no, these videos were taken at the Coach retail. Then she shrugged and said take it up with the manager but they’d give me the same answer. It’s so obvious that she has something against Outlet customers and sees them as inferior considering all it took was one glance at my purse on my shoulder to figure out whether it was original or Outlet. People like with such a disgusting attitude will soon be this Coach store’s downfall, because I’m not the only one that has an issue here. Didn’t bother getting her name since she wasn’t worth my time, but she had platinum blonde hair and was behind the monogramming station on 1/1, 3:15 PM.

i love coach as a brand, but unfortunately this store is pushing customers away from it, I’ve walked into the store 3 times already in hopes that I would get treated good but unfortunately all this associates do a judge the customers… don’t judge a book by its cover it’s all i’ve got to say

I went with my daughter and her friend in hopes of buying 2 wallets and a purse. Walked in, no one greeted me, which is ok until I notice everyone that walked in after me got a greeting. Not only that I realize that no sales worker is approaching me to ask me if I need help with anything. I waited 10 minutes to see if anyone could help me. Maybe they were busy tending other customers.. Then I realized that they were talking amongst themselves completely ignoring me. What they did do is approach my daughter and her friend which are 11-year-olds and ask them to be careful with the keychain display. I’m still standing in front of the display that has the bag I want looking around and no one is coming to help me to which I told the girls “ All right, let’s go. We’re not getting anything.” My daughter out loud Then says “ So we’re not getting the bags??” And I replied no because it seems like no one wants to help me and walked out. I went ahead and purchased the bags in another mall. Maybe it was an isolated incident, but I don’t think I will be returning to that store

The initial experience I had over the phone was wonderful until I picked up my order. I felt rushed and the associates seemed completely uninterested after I made the purchase (which is unfortunate). My experience at a Coach Outlet store was much better than my experience here. I also feel as if I order over the phone I would like to be asked if I want gift packaging because just putting a purse in a bag without a box doesn’t seem right to me… my opinion only though.

I have always loved this company. Working with tapestry has been so great. However, I have never felt like this shopping within the company. As soon as I walked in I was greeted like a normal customer. However, when I told the employee i was an associate within the company she said and I quote, “ you should've told us when you came in that you were tapestry employees so we can pay attention to our full-paying customers.” I have never heard that once in my years working with this company and I was absolutely mortified. I have never once told anyone who worked in my company anything like that. I don't discriminate against any employees because I see them as paying customers just like the rest. I felt disrespected and I have never felt like this shopping within my company. They acted like they were better than us even though there is no such thing. Never been ashamed of working with this company until I met the African American lady with glasses and a bob on 5/3 at around 5 pm. I hope tapestry can do better than this.
