At pharmacy A middle age man helped me first said I had nothing for me and walked away, I had to call my daughter’s doctor again to make sure they sent to the right pharmacy. They did I just had a, employee that was difficult poor customer service skills, after speaking to the doc. I had another pharmacist employee help me. She took her time and found out that the reason why I didn’t show up was because I didn’t have insurance which I knew that and I was planning on paying for the medicine. The first pharmacist mid aged man saw it wasn’t covered by insurance and had just told me it didn’t come at all. The man has poor communication skills and needs to go bk to a basic class for customer service, the fact this man also looked like the pharmacy manager is also alarming! Everyone was wonderful except him. I went ahead and called my daughter’s doctor on the update with the lazy pharmacist and know that anyone that doesn’t have insurance is having this common issue. The doc noted to advice his patients fromNow on that when they don’t have insurance to double check to get the order in despite having no insurance

Came to get a rapid covid test and was told to go to another location that they wasn’t attending anyone anymore. Super unprofessional, rude, and even racist. As the Asian Doctor was friendly to the asians customers but rude to the Hispanics there. If I could give zero Stars i would.

Just moved to the area and unfortunately selected this pharmacy. I have called and asked for two requests since transferring here: call my doctor for a new prescription/refill and hold my prescriptions 1 day longer than the typical 2 week period. I was assured both would be done and they managed to do neither. Incompetent is an understatement.

Horrible customer service, the only reason I used them was for the drive thru. Twice this week they have requested refills early which prompted a call from my doctor. They do not normally fill the same day, they don’t give accurate estimates, and they, 70%of the pharmacy staff, are some of the most hateful individuals I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with!

We went here to pickup my wife pharmacy. The rudest pharmacist I've ever seen. She never said hi or anything. She had an attitude because she didn't have any help so she was speaking to people very rude. We went in to see if our prescription might be ready. But she Ridley said I said I would text you when ready but she also 30 minutes it Amy be ready. I waited for 45 minutes and it still wasn't ready. I wouldn't go here if I was dying. I think her name was Octavia. I will be reaching out to the corporate office.

I walked in " lady was mean mugging me " so I said Hey how's it going ! She literally just laughed . I continue to shop next thing I notice she's on my trail , then a man is also leaning his head every which way I turn in the store . Felt like this also Black man was 100% profiling me . Just a feeling right ? I walk up to the counter , bubbly as usual " HEY how's it going my man ?". He looks down and says sternly " SIR PRESS HOW YOU WANT YOUR RECEIPT" . Once I felt the static and read his body language which was looking down the entire transaction and chewing gum ( which I find rude asf) . Here is my personal message to the man that actually should be working somewhere like a club or somewhere that calls for that passive aggressiveness . Dear bald man , I could've sat there and made your night hell and gave you a headache by simply just shopping more after completing my shopping , then shopped more after that transaction . What would you have done then ? I'm going to do it next time buddy but hopefully by then you get relieved of ATLEAST night duty . Maybe night time just isn't your thing big guy . You're disrespectful, and you're bald .

This is, by far, the sorriest CVS store I’ve been to. Though the store associates are very polite, several are incompetent in handling the volume of customers and working efficiently in the photo department. Ahhhh…the photo department. My goodness, where do I start? Every time I come here there is an issue. One time I came to pick up a photo magnet order. The associate acknowledged making it, but could not find it. So I had to send the entire order again a patiently wait until the associate received, printed and mounted the item. That has happened more than once. Then, I ordered a poster size 11x14. I was shocked the photo was not properly enclosed in an envelope or a photo box. The associate rolled it up and placed a rubber band around it. I had to carry it out of the store in those see through bags…and it was pouring outside. Then, this weekend, I ordered another 11/14 photo print. The photo was cut in half and the associate said that was how I sent it on line. I then showed him my original order and yes, I had to wait for him to redo not only the 11/14, but other prints I ordered where it was obvious something was wrong with the photo …. The head not making it in the photo, hair being chopped off, An ear missing from the associate not paying attention to what was sent originally and comparing it to the job completed. No care of quality whatsoever! I understand why this location ‘s reviews are horrible. This will be my last time here. I am going to another one. I rather sacrifice confidence for QUALITY AND A MORE POSITIVE LESS FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!

I had a very bad experience on this location cashier name Lesley start yelling on my 7 years old kid directly during checkout just because my son say him hello and he asked what you are eating ? Lesley said he like to mind his own business he really started yelling out at my son 7 years old then ,I said talk to me I am here his mother how you could yell at 7 years old like that he just say hello, and what you are eating?. An other customer was watching what happened she defended us and got mad on cashier how could you yell on a kid I really appreciate that lady. Cashier Lesley behavior was awful and at the same time dangerous too the way he act he could harm my child shame on him I did call the head office of CVS submitted my complaint but no one contacted back .
