By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. No customer service at all. I literally seen them close the window on an elderly lady who was picking up her prescription already talking to pharmacy tech. First the tried to charge her 281 for her prescription but did not run her insurance (this happened to me twice as well) when they went to fix it they told her to come back in a hour and closed the window. Oh did I mention I was next inline and there were people behind me as well who were standing there well over 15 minutes. Terrible service and customer all in one. Will never go back.

This is the biggest hit or miss CVS. Some days you’ll be in and out and others you’ll be right in their faces with no acknowledgement of even being there. They’ve also given me the wrong medicine. If you value your time, don’t waste it here.

I'm new to the area but not to CVS ! A male employee was so rude and impatient with me tonite I can without a doubt never shop there again. All because I was looking for my CVS card and not moving fast enough!! What a way to treat a disabled customer of over 10 years!! He should NOT be working with the public!!

The worst CVS possible! They never answer the phones or when they do they hang up on you! If it was the cheapest price for my husband’s medication I WOULD NEVER GO HERE!!! The worst place ever!!! And when u go there you wait forever and the employees look miserable in appearance look like they don’t care about their job and take their time with everything! The place doesn’t look any better. I hate this CVS with a passion pharmacy wise. If I could give them a zero star review…. I WOULD GIVE IT!!!! Cooperate needs to get in hear and straighten these people up! I’m tired of calling waiting on hold JUST TO GET HING UP ON!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I arranged vaccine appointments for my husband and I at the Buford CVS pharmacy. We got there, and I used the online check-in that the CVS system emailed to me; then, we double checked with the pharmacy staff, and they couldn't find it, then did, then we had to play "what's your name again" games. Finally, told to wait, then called back to pharmacy -- my vaccine appointment is awol in the system, cannot be found. Then, they try to tell me it's under the wrong name, then something else. My husband and I say "forget it -- cancel it all out" as we had decided that they were apparently completely incompetent and we were afraid of what vaccine we might actually wind up with. Afterwards, we went to a nearby Walgreens to do the vaccines as walk-ins. That's when we discovered that CVS had already filed my husband's vaccines with his insurance and had not actually cancelled them. So, we went back over to CVS, as no one answers the phone over there. Allegedly, they cancelled and reversed the charges to his insurance for his vaccines, since he'd not gotten them. Back to Walgreens; nope, still CVS had not reversed the insurance claim. Totally incompetent idiots. There were a half-dozen people working in the CVS pharmacy and no line, no back up, just completely clueless. Fortunately, the Walgreens pharmacist took the time to phone CVS, and have the Walgreens manager to phone CVS, and get it straightened out so that my husband could get his vaccinations at Walgreens and his insurance pay for it. We are very grateful to the Walgreens and absolutely will not ever be going back to the CVS on Buford Highway. Incompetence and stupidity in healthcare is deadly, folks -- I have never seen the equal to this experience this day!

This store is awful. Inventory is low, stock is disorganized and sale stickers cover up the products on the shelves below.
The pharmacy is the most disorganized mess I’ve ever seen. They had 6-7 people behind the counter, all working as hard as they could, but making little headway. Machines seem slow and some don’t work at all. I don’t know what the cause is, but we moved our prescription after the first refill cycle. Don’t even get me started on the drive-through lanes. Everyone is very nice and they seem competent but getting a prescription filled takes FOREVER. Publix and Sam’s are cheaper and easier to work with.

I came to this location after having a very discouraging interaction at the Walgreens down the street. I am SO thankful that Javier was here today to take care of me! He welcomed me as soon as I entered the store, he followed up to make sure I was finding everything ok, and he took, ordered and printed my passport photo. Javier singlehandedly turned around my WHOLE day! Javier is an incredible example of what customer service should look like. Please give him the recognition he deserves -- absolutle ROCKSTAR to represent CVS.

Everytime my husband or I pick up a prescription, we are presented with awful customer service. Along with our prescription NEVER being ready. You basically have to show up, and tell them to fill it. Worst pharmacy.
