After years of poor service one of my prescriptions was called in there this week by mistake. I thought oh lord I’m going to have to deal with Nicole - the WORST… However today I had the pleasure of being assisted by “Beatrix” forgive my spelling. What an absolute sweetheart of an employee- I’ll come back for this particular prescription as long as she is there. She was so bright and friendly - thank you ?

45 minutes on hold for the pharmacy currently. Yesterday was on hold for 20 minutes; I heard someone pick up the receiver and hang up the phone. Y’all gotta do better.

AVOID AVOID AVOID After being on hold for 23 minutes I was treated very rudely. My doctor called in the medication. He wanted me to have today and they have it in stock but are telling me they won’t fill it until the morning when I asked why they gave no good reason other than, I just have to wait these folks think that they know better than the doctor Ore them they are dangerous

Awful awful service. Zero sense of urgency. Doesn't even try to ACT like they care. They need HELP! they need a manager or what ever to come give directions.

Pathetic customer service from the pharmacy. Couldn't answer my questions from the night before. Called the next night instead of wasting my time driving there. No answer after 50 minutes of waiting. Just shut down.

I had a terrible experience. I asked before I left if the meds were in stock. The man said yes. 30 minutes later I get a call that they aren't in stock. Now it is 2 hours before most pharmacy close and I am stuck.

There is something MAJOR wrong with their pharmacy. Too many problems to mention here. Most HORIBLE experiences I've ever, ever had. Avoid 1950 Buford Hwy, Buford CVS pharmacy at all costs. I am willing to drive 11/2 hours round trip just to go back to the one I used to use. If I could scream my complaints to the world I would. Calling corporate ( 3 times) apparently does no good. They screw up everything they touch.

What an absolute joke of a pharmacy. My girlfriend went to get a prescription for our son who had a bad cough and needed a very specific type of medicine for it. She was waiting for over 2 hours for them to get it ready... then of course it was wrong so even more waiting. I have never seen so much inefficiency and disorganization. It really does make you wonder if all the CVS locations are like this one how are they in business?

I stayed at the hospital til 5 am in the morning.I got a prescription for my blood pressure and another NON CONTROLLED pill for my tooth that I went to the doctor for.upon me arriving at this CVS.I handed over the prescription and was told that it looked fake and that it would take 2 to 3 business days to fill for verification.i was told basically to take it somewhere else!!I left there and went 3 mins to another pharmacy and with no discrimination and treated in my opinion because I was black,got the prescription filled with no problem.I FEEL VERY HURT AND UPSET ABOUT THE WAY I WAS TREATED AT THIS CVS PHARMACY in BUFORD,ga.they treated me like a criminal!!!!

My wife and I went to our local CVS yesterday after receiving being told that our medication would be ready by 5:00pm. When we arrived there was a line of 5 customers waiting. When our turn came we were informed that it be another 20 minutes. We waited until 6:00pm and still had no prescriptions in hand so we left and returned the next day.and waited another 5 minutes to be waited on. There seems to be a sense of indifference on behalf of the staff with no sense of urgency. We switched to another pharmacy.

When you go to pick up a prescription, you stand there for at least five minutes or more waiting for someone to come to the counter to help you. They don't even look up. I walked out of the store today without picking up my prescription because I was tired of waiting and being ignored. It's like this every time you go to this store to pick up a prescription. I think the best solution to this problem is to transfer my prescription and my business to a completely different pharmacy where the customers are valued. They act as if the customer is a bother.

I think this must be a terrible place to work. There are different people there every time we go, and they all seem stressed, harried, and overwhelmed. They are never able to fill our prescriptions promptly. After years of using them because they are our nearest pharmacy, we have finally decided to drive farther for a better experience.

Most disrespectful experience I’ve had with any pharmacy. I was blatantly IGNORED standing there for 30 minutes just trying to drop off a prescription. Everyone behind the counter avoided eye contact with me when I tried to ask, so I left with no service at all. Would rather drive an hour away before going back here.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been associated with. On several occasions they have told me that they could not fill my prescriptions because they were too busy. This is unacceptable for people that need their medication same day and cannot simply just go to a different pharmacy.
